I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mari from the reception at Radisson Blu Batumi. She is extremely professional, kind, and truly helpful. Even though my English is limited and I am Turkish, she made a great effort to understand me and assist with everything I needed. Her positive attitude and support made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.
I would also like to mention Ira, Vakho, and Giorgi — they were all very kind and supportive as well. The entire team created a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.

Cons:

Unklar war, dass man das Frühstück direkt im Restaurant bezahlen muss ohne der Möglichkeit zu haben die Kosten auf das Zimmer zu buchen, um dann bei der Ausreise zu begleichen. Es war unangenehm, dass das Personal einen in der Halle zur Rede gestellt hat.
