מלון במיקום נהדר, שקט, בסוף הטיילת ממש ממול הפסל של עלי ונינו.
צוות נעים ואדיב
בריכה חיצונית מעולה, וגם צמוד אליה בריכה פנימית כייפית
חדר גדול ומרווח באמבטיה גם מקלחון וגם אמבטיה, מאוד נוח.

Cons:

שהם לא מרשים להכניס לבריכה שתייה או אוכל, חייב לקנות מהם. גם לא מים.
שצריך לבקש מהם לנקות את החדר ולהביא מגבות חדשות כל יום.
החדר לא אטום לאור מבחוץ, הוילונות לא נסגרים כמו שצריך.
וחבל שאין חדר משחקים לילדים או פעילות לילדים.

Cons:

Не очень разнообразный завтрак. В верхнем ресторане панорамном только паназиатская кухня.
Вид из окна местами на стройку или на старые дома. Вид вдаль красивый

Genel olarak değil ama casinoda çalışan garsonlar gangster gibi idi. Ukala, koltuğuma vurarak ne içiyon sen diyecek kadar berbattı.
Türkiyenin 0 noktasındaki bir tatil merkezinde bulunan otel resepsiyon görevlilerinin hiç birinin türkçe bilmemesi çok saçmaydı, ama casinoya indiğinizde herkes ana dili gibi konuşabiliyordu.

I cannot recommend this hotel for family travellers.
Cons:

As a guest staying with 1 adult and two teenagers (13 &14 years old), I clearly noted the need for an extra bed at the time of booking. This is a five‑star property, yet it failed to deliver even the most basic promised services.
Upon check‑in late evening, we repeatedly reminded front‑desk staff, hotel bellhop and contacted reception by phone and Booking messages many times for the extra bed. The extra bed only arrived at 23:59, almost two hours after check‑in, without any pillow. We had to call again, and the pillow was finally delivered at 00:25, seriously delaying our rest.
For three registered guests, the bathroom only provided one incomplete set of toiletries. A full set of amenities was only supplied together with the delayed extra bed hours later.
Despite multiple service failures, nobody from the hotel offered any apology or proactive compensation during our stay. I filed a formal request for 50 % room‑charge refund due to these service shortcomings, which the hotel has now rejected. All supporting evidence including message records, call logs and on‑site photos are kept. This property cannot meet the service standard expected of a five‑star hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel for family travellers.
