Very clean, great location, great bargain, highly recommended
Pros:

The hotel is located in the so called "Vulkan" compound. It has very accessible and practical entrance. The hotel itself is very clean and cozy, although my room was supersmall and had view to other buildings (mind you, it was dead of the winter and I had no desire to look through the window anyway). The hotel is VERY clean, cozy and quiet so staying there and sleeping was very enjoyable. Internet was very good. The parking is organized in the nearby garage and costs about 35 EUR/day (which is a standard price for Oslo). Also, the "Vulkan" compound is somewhat of the socializing area so there are quite a few restaurants and cafes nearby (also in the nearby "Mathalle" (eating hall) that houses several very popular and cozy restaurants and cafes itself, in a very cozy and warm big hall.... it was quite an experience to find so many relaxed people, sitting and munching on their wines and dines, chatting..... simply superb). It is a very short ride away from city hall and the museums and galleries there, so I find it quite suitably located. All in all, one very enjoyable stay and I would recommend the Hotel to anyone.

I was in this hotel for about a week and it was all one needs for a room.
Pros:

Great breakfast. Excellent staff, Ola on the desk was very helpful.

Cons:

electric kettle in room, even if there were no refreshments supplied.

Fantastic. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Oslo.
Pros:

Excellent location and an easy walk down to the fjord. Beautiful reception area and friendly staff

Cons:

The pressure and temperature in the shower were a bit hit and miss but no means a real problem
