A very special thank you to Chittra, who took care of my check-in. She is such a lovely person — warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. She immediately made me feel comfortable and very well taken care of.
I was genuinely surprised by how wonderful this hotel is, and especially by the amazing people who work here. From check-in to room cleaning and finally check-out, every detail was handled perfectly.

The area close to the hotel
Functional hotel whose chief merit is the central location in Surkumvit, and lots of eateries in soi 20 itself.
Room is nice enough, enormous bed. Staff were helpful without excelling.
Lots of wardrobe space and comfortable furnishings. Great value in low season.
Plan to eat out as no resteraunt facilities here, or indeed much infrastructure of any kind for tourists.
We took 3 passes before we spotted the recessed entrance, barely any signage roadside.

房间可以加床，但加的床是简易的折叠床，床垫很薄，床很矮。
Restaurant/Bar attached to hotel was excellent. Great location, near other restaurants and 7-11. Close to trains etc. Good value indeed.
The room lighting really needs improving.
The rooms were very clean, large, and comfortable. They had all the amenities like instant coffee and free water, nice shampoo and body wash. The bed was huge and very comfortable, which can be hard to find in Southeast Asia. The shower was the best I have ever had in a hotel room. Powerful and I never ran out of hot water. The location is great, surrounded by fantastic places to eat, and a short walk to The EMSPHERE, the premium venue for concerts in Bangkok. For a budget priced hotel this place is excellent. Also the staff is professional and friendly. We will stay here again.

room smelled like mold, duvet cover wasn't put on, it was only laid on top of the duvet, duvet was also stained, shower is very dirty, bathroom is dark and dingy, sink was dirty, i didnt feel clean sleeping on the bed or shower in the bathroom. Cleaning staff doesn't really speak English so there was a communication problem when requesting change of duvet. Some of the appliances, not sure if it's the vent in the bathroom or the fridge but the noise was super loud in the room.
