Pros:

Le personnel est super, la location bonne. La chambre est 3 étoiles normes Françaises, 2 étoiles pour les services. L'hôtel est globalement bien.

Cons:

Attention : Les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas, l'air se renouvelle par la climatisation et si vous êtes sensible à l'air "normal" ce sera terrible... De plus ils ont mal étudié leur système, la commande de la clim est seulement à l'entrée ! Pas de commande mobile comme presque partout. Vous devrez vous lever sans arrêt car la garder en permanence vous rendra malade via l'air sec et mauvaise qualité d'air... Si vous êtes asthmatique surtout évitez !!

10/10 - Large room size, comfortable, friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Second time i've stayed here - love the location, equidistant to Terminal 21 and Emsphere, 5 mins walk each way - local massage, food drink, shopping - just a great location. Room is incredible for the price, very comfy beds, great shower, large room size - and best of all a proper desk and office chair, with great wifi. Exceptionally helpful staff.

Night shift staff was very nice
Pros:

Had a short stay of 2 hours but the night shift staff at the reception on 24 June at 1.30 am was very nice and helpful. He has a very positive attitude even though I was very tired and distressed he remained professional

The location was too congested . No visible signage of hotel , very dark entrance to the hotel lobby, no proper lighting.
Minimal staff ..No proper inspection by management of the hotel facilities , ie : Telephone not working when check in, lighting on the corridors of the 2nd floor completely off on the 2nd day of my stay . Faulty tap in the room ..
Didn't come up to expectation as a 4 star property as per booking .com website .
