Pros:

The receptionist who greeted you everyday with a warm smile and they are very accomodating, even the guard. They also clean your room everyday

Quiet and very nice staff but water temperature in shower needs work

The location is great, so much nearby and absolutely quiet.

Cons:

It's a smallish simple hotel, good for the price but somewhat middle level in terms of comfort and quality. The only real problem is that the shower gets hot and cold. While the cold does not last too long, it's not great. Also, there is no breakfast and the restaurant nearby is good but a bit expensive for Thailand. One surprise was that laundry needs 2 days so did not try it.

My go to hotel in Bangkok every time.
Pros:

Location is great. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. It’s modern, clean and staff are friendly. I stay here every time I am in Bangkok, great value for money. The suite rooms are amazing for not much more than a standard room.

Cons:

Nothing. I love this hotel.
