Poor service, safety issues, inadequate facilities, One of the most disappointing hotel stays

Our stay was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. There was no breakfast available, despite what we expected when booking. Staff support was poor throughout our stay, and when we needed luggage storage, we were told to leave our luggage in the kitchen, which is not an appropriate or secure solution. Upon arrival, we asked for assistance with our luggage and were simply told, "No bellboy." No effort was made to assist us or provide an alternative solution just to make it more clear we arrived with 3 kids . This set the tone for the level of service we received during the rest of our stay.

During rainy weather, towels were placed throughout the lobby to deal with leaks or water issues, creating an unprofessional appearance and a potential safety hazard. We brought several concerns to the attention of the staff, but no meaningful action was taken.

The room itself contained several dangerous issues, which we documented with photographs and are prepared to share. The overall condition and maintenance of the hotel did not meet the standards we expected from a Best Western property.

We also contacted the hotel directly to request a refund or compensation. Unfortunately, the response we received was dismissive and failed to address our concerns. Surprisingly, after ignoring the issues raised, the hotel simply invited us to return in the future.

Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had, and we cannot recommend this property based on our experience. Our experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard we expected from Best Western.

Bien à l’aise du côté de Sukhumvit
Pros:

J’ai l’habitude de descendre dans cet hôtel et comme toujours il est impeccable.
Très bien situé au sein de Sukhumvit il est entre les deux stations du BTS.
Au niveau de sa qualité, toujours au rendez-vous et rien à redire.
J’y ferai encore de nombreuses haltes.
Je vous le recommande fortement.

Pros:

部屋はとても綺麗で、最寄駅は少し遠いですがタクシー移動派なら何の問題もないです。
スタッフもとても優しかったです。夜も人通りがあるので比較的安心感のある立地です。

Cons:

ホテルとは直接関係はないのですが、ホテルの出入り口の道路にタクシーの客引きが数人ずっと座っていて、通るたびにセクハラは当たり前、とにかく失礼極まりない人たちがいるので、女性のみの利用はおすすめしません。

Konum çok güzeldi. Avm, çalışacak mekan, eğlence yerleri, soi cowboy gibi işlek yerlere birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Her gün temizlik için çalışanlar geliyor ve ilgileniyorlar. Çalışan herkes çok nazik ve herhangi bir talepte bulunursanız hemen çözmeye çalışıyorlar. Girişte ve çıkışta herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Konum, Temizlik, Çalışanların iletişimi çok iyiydi. Remote çalışıyorum, internet iyiydi. Oda sessizdi. Teşekkürler!
