I was very dissatisfied with my stay. The rooms lacked essential amenities, including toothbrushes, only a single bathrobe was provided, and there was no duvet available. Furthermore, the conduct of the reception staff was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, which significantly affected the overall guest experience.

I really appreciated early check in and late check out that we got (and there were 6 of us!)
The rooms are very clean and spacious, the bathroom is amazing, the staff is great

Cons:

A waiting time at the restaurant was a little bit too long, we had to constantly wait for the orders, even when the restaurant was almost empty.

Most of all, the care and friendly staff. Everyone was there to help with a big smile. I have to mention two outstanding managers whom, did their best to make it a very memorable stay and most probably to come back to Le Meridien again. I have to point out Mr. Serhat Cakmak the front office manager and Mr. Pikri the F&B manager as great and so helpful and friendly.
Also the rest of staff in every department and facilities were combination of smile and help. Hotel and facilities are also outstanding.
We have been to Istanbul more than 20 times but fro now on, this will be the place to stay for us.
