Outside of the old part so way cheaper. Room was amazing with a great view. Concierge lounge for those that qualify or pay extra. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy metro connections.

- The lounge was the highlight of my stay. The Kirgistan girl was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Their positive attitude created a welcoming atmosphere and made a noticeable difference.
- The room was generally clean and comfortable, though not perfectly spotless.
- Upon arrival, I found a cup with a cigarette butt in my non‑smoking room.
- The hotel did not respond to my requests.
- The pool design and facilities were disappointing. Cold water, changing rooms outside of swimming pool.
- The location was not convenient.
- Breakfast was repetitive and lacked variety.
- most turkish staff members struggled with English communication.

On arrival I found a cup with a cigarette butt in my non‑smoking room which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. My requests for a quiet, non‑smoking room on a higher floor were ignored, and messages sent in advance received no reply.
The pool area was the biggest disappointment. To reach it, guests must first go to the changing rooms, then walk past lifts and the reception before finally arriving at the pool. There are no changing facilities by the pool itself which is highly inconvenient. The water was cold and the floor dangerously slippery, making the whole experience uncomfortable and unsafe.
Although I received an apology message, no real solution was provided.
This stay left me feeling ignored and uncomfortable rather than relaxed. For a hotel under the Le Méridien brand, this is unacceptable. I also filed a formal complaint with Booking.com regarding the poor service and conditions. Definitely not a 5‑star experience and not worth the price.
