Pros:

The room was great and people at the front deck were very helpful and just a very nice people the one in the afternoon and morning. Just great customer service.

Good location, but lack of restroom supplies
Pros:

I didn’t know they had breakfast there, the location was fantastic and the room was big

Cons:

The Duvet Inner was terrible, it had brown stains, this is unacceptable.
Inadequate body wash, only one refills for a 7 days stay and just 2 tiny tubes in total, although we can request more but who wants to do it during the middle of the shower

Wonderful!
Pros:

Great beds and excellent room set up. The bed was so comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location too!

Cons:

The car park was really convenient, but was quite challenging to park. The ramps are quite steep and skinny and was a bit of a challenge for my mid-sized SUV to fit - but we managed.

Comfortable although could have done better elsewhere.
Pros:

Family wedding Leonda By The Yarra. Perfect location for overnight stay after a very long day.

Cons:

Parking underneath extremely small and only one entry. Steep tight driveway entry with push button intercom for access.This resulted to our car rims damaged by concrete. Very upsetting. Room keys old fashion and also not working properly to open our room door. Given today's technology both could be upgraded.
