According to the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Management of Domestic Waste in Ningbo", the Office of the Leading Group for the Classification, Treatment and Recycling of Domestic Waste in Ningbo, the Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism and the Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Commerce have formulated the "One-time Service Not Provided by the Ningbo Hotel (Hotel) Industry" List of Sexual Consumer Goods", which clarifies the disposable daily necessities that the hotel will no longer provide to guests and in limited quantities, and promote the use of recyclable items. Disposable daily necessities such as razors, washing powder, conditioner, body lotion, bath salts, shower caps, bath flowers, combs, matches and shoe shine paper will no longer be provided in hotel rooms, only slippers and toothpaste will be provided in limited quantities, toothbrushes and gift bags. (The reminder is valid from 2022/06/20).

The hotel provides paid airport pick-up and pick-up service, which needs to be reserved or canceled one day in advance.

Hotel mewah,besar tapi perawatan kurang
Pros:

Hotel fasilitas cukup bagus, cuma maintainace kurang sekali, ginap 2 malam
harus pindah 2X kamar,kamar pertama kamar mandi shower cuma air panas yg deras air dingin kecil, bahaya kena air panas langsung.
Safety box rusak, teknisi datang repair dua kali tapi gagal. Pindah kamar kedua, aircon tidak panas, di repair 2 X juga gagal dan bau asap, terpaksa pindah kamar lagi.😱

Lovet staff and Nice hotel

Lovely stay during buisness trip. Friendly staff love the golf car to the bar. Will defenitly book again next time in Ningbo

I like the location a lot, away from city center. In general the service and faciltiies are nice there.
Pros:

The hotel locates at a quite area which is nice for a weekend getaway.

Cons:

I might have too high expectations as per my experience of Park Hyatt. A bit disappointed about the breakfast they offered, same feedback from my parents, it was just so average. And one of the ladies ( short hair) we met when we just sat down that morning was not a very decent staff.

Lakeside resort setting outside Ningbo city
Pros:

We had two rooms, one was upgraded which was very nice of them. However, the thermostat of one room did not work, which was freezing. The resort setting was beautiful and tranquil. The Chinese restaurant was excellent where we had two dinners. The breakfast buffet spread was impressive and good quality. The indoor swimming pool was beautiful. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The Tea House
Pros:

The hotel provided simply the best wanton soup and crab dimplings we have ever had! All this in a 500 yr-old building with charming staff. Not too shabby.

作为一晚3千多的柏悦酒店，不能说满意，甚至是失望的。一抵达酒店就看到大门处烟蒂、塑料瓶。办理入住时排队时间实在太久了，仅因柜台只有2名服务人员办理入住手续，而且花上大把时间在推销后续的餐饮预订及其他付费项目。晚上，满怀期待的前往酒店中餐厅“东钱渔港”用晚餐，结束后等接驳车又花了半小时，期间不停的询问，只收到服务员说“已经叫车了”，结果就是在院子里被蚊子咬的满腿 ：（，还为此错过了酒吧的昆曲。总体体验非常不满意！！
