Obsługa hotelu zasługuje na bardzo dobrą ocenę – jest pomocna, uprzejma i komunikatywna. Szczególnie warto wyróżnić panie w recepcji, z którymi bez problemu można porozumieć się po angielsku. Poza recepcją dominuje język hiszpański, co może być drobnym utrudnieniem, ale nie wpływa znacząco na ogólne wrażenia.
Pokoje są raczej niewielkie, jednak wygodne łóżka w dużej mierze rekompensują ograniczoną przestrzeń. Na plus należy zaliczyć obecność półek i szafy, choć przydałby się dodatkowy stolik – zwłaszcza że w pokoju trzyosobowym dostępne było tylko jedno krzesło.
Dużym atutem hotelu jest czystość – pokoje są sprzątane codziennie, a cały obiekt utrzymany jest na bardzo wysokim poziomie pod tym względem, co zdecydowanie wpływa na komfort pobytu.

Cons:

Śniadania niestety okazały się dość monotonne – każdego dnia serwowano praktycznie ten sam zestaw. Przez pierwsze dwa dni wśród owoców pojawiały się skwaszone melony, które negatywnie wpływały na smak pozostałych, skądinąd smacznych owoców. Minusem był także brak warzyw na śniadaniu. Do wyboru były wciąż te same dwa rodzaje wędlin, dwa rodzaje serów, jajecznica oraz kiełbaski, natomiast reszta propozycji miała głównie słodki charakter. Dla dzieci taka oferta może być atrakcyjna, jednak osoby preferujące zdrowsze i bardziej urozmaicone śniadania raczej nie znajdą tu nic dla siebie.
Dodatkowo warto wspomnieć o hałasie – w ciągu dnia jest on dość odczuwalny, szczególnie od strony wychodzącej na ulicę z wyjazdem z tunelu na trzy pasy ruchu.
