Great central location close to old town
Clean and comfortable rooms (some upgraded to family suite)
Good, varied breakfast
Child-friendly and good for families
Cons:

Noise from children/pool area and nearby outdoor bar/bikers at times

Categories

Cleanliness
8.5
Mixed signals: several guests explicitly praised clean rooms, but reports of a green/unclean pool and occasional room-condition complaints lower the score slightly.
Service
9.3
Mostly very positive: multiple mentions of friendly, attentive staff (named praise for Rosy); isolated negative experience at checkout reduced the score a little.
Location
9.2
Consistently praised as excellent and very close to the old town; multiple reviewers highlighted the convenient location.
Room Quality
8.2
Generally comfortable and sometimes upgraded (family suite), with clean and well-kept rooms noted, but some guests felt room condition/photos did not match the high price.
Amenities
9
Spa and pool facilities are a major positive (spacious, tranquil spa, kids loved the pool), though pool maintenance issues were reported during some stays.
Value for Money
7.6
Several guests questioned the price (one mentioned ~€500/night) and noted lost value when amenities (pool) were impaired, lowering perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast described as good and varied by multiple guests; isolated hygiene issues (birds at breakfast) and mixed comments about on-site food temper a higher score.
Overall Experience
10
Overall very positive sentiment across many reviews (lovely stays, excellent ambience, strong recommendations), justifying a top score despite some service/maintenance issues.

Freundliches Personal und das hat alles gemacht.Essen würde ich da nicht wieder.
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals

Cons:
