struttura molto bella, colazione molto ricca e staff molto disponibile.

Cons:

purtroppo avendo beccato brutto tempo, non siamo riusciti ad usufruire di tutte e 3 le piscine riscaldate.

Staff gentile e disponibile. Ogni richiesta soddisfatta. È la seconda volta che siamo loro ospiti ed è sempre un piacere. Ritorneremo ancora . Gentilissimi nel proporre una estensione all orario del giorno di partenza con modico costo. Week end in totale relax.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo e la nostra esperienza è stata complessivamente positiva. La posizione è molto buona e comoda per spostarsi e visitare la zona.
Lo staff dell’accoglienza è stato gentile e disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo, facendoci sentire benvenuti. Anche la colazione è stata buona, con una scelta soddisfacente per iniziare bene la giornata.
Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una Junior Suite: la camera era spaziosa, confortevole e adatta per un soggiorno rilassante.
Nel complesso è una struttura che consigliamo, soprattutto per la posizione, la cortesia del personale e le camere ampie.

Cons:

L’unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta riguarda la camera assegnata. La Junior Suite che abbiamo prenotato su Booking non corrispondeva alle foto presenti nella prenotazione. Inoltre, nella descrizione e nelle immagini sembrava ci fosse la vista sul castello, ma la nostra Junior Suite non aveva questa vista. Sarebbe utile che le foto e le descrizioni corrispondessero esattamente alla tipologia di camera assegnata, per evitare aspettative diverse da quelle reali.
