Pros:

Everything was perfect, from the facilities, staff, food, drink and location. Absolutely loved the jacuzzis and spa areas. The room was a great size also.

Cons:

Honestly nothing, shower pressure was a bit weaker than I'd have liked, but not complaining.

Dicht an einer 10 Punkte Bewertung! Gerne wieder :)
Pros:

Es gibt fast nichts zu meckern: superschöne Location, Preis fair - da sehr gutes Frühstück (auch Gluten-free), sehr schön gestaltetes Spa und kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit incl., supernettes Service-Team und kleiner Hund (Zwergspitz) wurde im Frühstücksbereich geduldet.

Cons:

Da Hundefreundlichkeit Programm ist: bitte mehr Mülleimer insbesondere vor dem Hotel und im schönen Innengarten aufstellen; zu den Stoßzeiten war der Frühstücksbereich ziemlich überlaufen - etwas um die Ecke war zwar genug Platz - aber eben im Nachbarzimmer.

Pros:

Posizione centrale vicino alle mura di Lazise con parcheggio gratuito al coperto.
Spa accogliente e ha tutte le vibes per chi, come noi, vuole rilassarsi. Piscina esterna esotica (peccato per l'acqua fredda pensavamo fosse riscaldata anche quella).
Camera super spaziosa, bagno grande.
Colazione a buffet e non solo, ottima!

Cons:

La nostra camera, forse perché al pianto terra, non era pulitissima e c'erano alcune formiche che entravano.
Unica vera pecca l'asciugacapelli da parete in bagno, ho i capelli lunghi e ho impiegato molto tempo per asciugarli, l'ideale vista la struttura e le stelle che merita di avere, è di sostituirlo con degli asciugacapelli classici.

Pros:

Wir hatten eine Suite mit Küchenzeile. Alles war sehr großzügig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ausgewogen und ausreichend. Dass man zusätzlich Omlette, Speigelei, etc. bestellen konnte war sehr gut. Parkgelegenheit war auch vorhanden.

Cons:

Ein paar kleine kosmetische Korrekturen wären möglich (Bohrlöcher verputzen). Der Kühlschrank hat leider nicht gut gekühlt. Scheint defekt zu sein. Nach Meldung an der Rezeption hat man sich für die Information bedankt. Scheinbar hatte das vorher noch niemand gemeldet.

War ein überraschend schöner Aufenthalt ,hat sich echt gelohnt so früh im Jahr mal an den Gardasee .
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer sehr gut ,der Spa Bereich einladend .
Abendessen im Hotel sehr gut .

Cons:

Das Frühstück musste extra bezahlt werden.
Pro Person 20 Euro halte ich für überzogen.
Aber es war ein reichhaltiges Angebot und man wurde auch hier sehr gut bedient .
