Location was excellent. In the center of everything. The AC worked well. If you need transportation to your vehicle it will be provided but its a hike if you walk it outside town.
Parking. No card allowed anywhere near the place. Was shown where to park and was picked up in a golf cart type vehicle that could only get so close to the place. Then it was walking. Was assisted with my wife's luggage. A lot of steps up to our room. The first floor is 0 not 1 like in the states.

החדר ברמה מאוד נמוכה של עיצוב ממש ברמה של אולי כוכב.המגבות ישנות ופרומות בסופן חדר שינה שצריך לעבור לצד השני על הצד.ריח בחדר של עובש. מים חמים נגמרו באמצע המקלחת. שומעים את השכנים. ארוחת בוקר לא יותר מנחמדה בקיצור נפילה. ירד גשם בלילה ונכנס מהגג.
The breakfast was great. The accomodation was clean and one of the staff was quite responsive by whatsapp.
Overall and comparing to other accomodations in similar sites in Croatia, this room seems overrated and overpriced. We did not really feel comfortable in this room and - for the price we paid - the bathroom was too small.
In addition, the lady who picked us up at the car park did not speak English nor any other common language which made the check-in cumbersome.
The breakfast was wonderful. The ability to have free parking was a benefit. Staying in old town was a bonus.
Doručak odličan i raznovrstan, a do smještajne jedinice udaljen je svega nekih 150 metara.
Krevet je bio jako udoban, a iako smo bili na 4. katu, to nam uopće nije predstavljalo problem. Soba nema televizor, ali nama to nije ni najmanje smetalo – u Rovinj smo došli uživati u gradu, staroj gradskoj jezgri i vremenu zajedno, a ne gledati televiziju. 😊
Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i susretljivo. Posebno nam je značila mogućnost prijevoza električnim automobilom od parkinga do starog grada, kao i povratak do našeg automobila na kraju boravka. Takve male stvari stvarno ostave dobar dojam.
Sve u svemu, jako ugodan boravak, odlična lokacija i još bolje gostoprimstvo.

Being in the center of Ravinj with shops & restaurants was thrilling! We enjoyed 4 nights and our host was wonderful, breakfast was fantastic, and we want to return!

Az autót ingyenes parkolóhelyen, de tulajdonképpen a város másik pontján az utcán, őrizetlen helyen hagytuk.
Central location was excellent. The Property had warm shower and nice bed. AC worked well. Furnishings were cute, and antique. The room was clean. Breakfast was very tasty.
4th floor walk up with treacherous stairs. Tiny, corner shower. Vehicles not allowed into old town and had to get a ride into town from a parking lot which required waiting for another person to pick us up and return us to our vehicle to leave. Not ideal but not too bad.

La position de la chambre en plein centre ville, le petit déjeuner, l'accueil.
Il serait important de spécifier les 2 éléments dans l'annonce : la ville étant piétonne, il n'y a pas de parking sur place (à l'extérieur puis navette) et les escaliers pour accéder aux chambres réparties sur différents sites sont raides. Pour ma part, j'étais logé dans une annexe. La chambre était sans âme (1 cadre au-dessus du lit pour la décoration), 1 toute petite salle de bain (serviette élimée avec 1 trou!). Déçu par la qualité du logement.

La salle de bain très petite, en particulier la cabine de douche minuscule.
