Batavia Hotel and Serviced Apartments

出張で4泊しました。
水回りの設備にやや古さはありますが、毎日キレイに掃除をしてくれる為、不快な点はありません。例えばアポの都合でお昼に外出すると、部屋に戻るまでに掃除がされていないようなホテルも多々ありますが、こちらは外出状況を定期的に把握するように努められているようで、戻ったら部屋が汚いままという事は一切ありませんでした。
朝食も美味しく、毎朝違う種類の料理が並び、とても良かったです。
建物は2棟ありますが、各々サークルKとファミリーマートが地下にあり、おつまみやインスタント食品も買えますし、徒歩5分程のANZタワーに行けば、色々なビールを買う事もできます。
部屋は都内の一般的な１LDKよりとても広く、高層ビル群をみながら、ゴージャスな気分で部屋で晩酌できました。
Batavia Apartment Tower 2と言えば、外出先からのタクシーでの移動も正面玄関まで送ってくれますし。また、出てすぐのところにBluebirdのタクシーが待ってますので、観光地や飛行場への移動も問題ありません。
廉価ながら、従業員の方々の対応はとても丁寧で、アイロンやドライヤーや、わがままを言っても嫌な顔せずに持ってきてくれます。
総じて、とても良い滞在になりました。

Batavia Apartments is close to Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, where there are several major shopping areas. On Jalan Benhil, within walking distance of Batavia Apartments, there are several ATMs, restaurants, and convenience shops for snacks and drinks. There are always taxis located outside the Apartments, making transportation very easy from there. The staff are friendly. It's nice to have a spa on site, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage on the day I arrived. The pool area is beautiful.

Bathroom shower was not properly draining and it took 2 repair calls to resolve.

8人の女子旅に利用しました。
リビングも広くて、四つのベッドルームにシングルベッドが２台ずつあってコスパがとても良かったです。多少古い感じですが、朝食も付いていて良かったです。

トイレが壊れていた。それ以外は特に問題無かった。日本人駐在員が長期間使用していて、片言の日本語で理解して頂けました。

This is a true budget hotel, the rooms are old, the food is not fantastic. But the pool is nice, and are you here for business it is very near the crucial area. But, most important of all, the people are SUPER-nice. So, budget, but good budget ;)

This’s a very old and small apartment. It isn’t comportable for business staying. There is no desk for laptop.
It’s an apartment but not hotel. Toilet and showers are very old.

If you have a tight budget, this is a good choice.

アパートとして作られた部屋をホテルとして使っており、広くて快適です。
バスタブ、電子レンジや大きなプールもあり、設備も十分でした。
コストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。

汚い。トイレの水の故障。虫が何匹もいた。急に電球が割れたりなど大変でした。

設備が少し古いが、一通りのものが揃っている。簡単な自炊も行う長期滞在者には便利。値段も手ごろ。

Los apartyamentos son muy seguros. Un poco anticuados pero funcionales.

السكن فيها جميل بالنسبه لسعرها يعيبها النظافة ليست بالمستوى المطلوب والافطار غير جيد بالنسبه لنا نحن العرب اكل اندونيسي فقط

Great location and great service. Apartment too old, smell like mildew. Old furniture and look raggedy

It’s a good location around cbd for business trip. Air conditioning makes a lot of noice. Breakfast food cold, weird serving for toast as we don’t get our own knife for spread the butter and jam. They put knife inside the jam. Toast machine need to trial to know the correct settings. Apartment utensils is bad. Good value for 2 bedroom apartment

سعره مقبول و معقول جدا

Property not maintained well. Room had drain flies and cockroaches. Staff tried their best at service but failed. No proper training. Very difficult to access property as Tower 1 gate is always closed and UBER/Grab Drivers had to go around back to the main road to come to gate 2. Most Drivers will cancel the trip as it would take another 5-15 mins depending on traffic. Definitely won’t stay there again.
