Hôtel spa à recommander
Pros:

Spa très bien, comme la piscine et le petit déjeuner, ainsi que le dîner. Chambre climatisée avec vue sur un petit étang avec canards, cygnes. 2 walibis faisaient leurs petits bonds dans leur enclos.

Mooie rustieke locatie, goede uitvalsbasis voor familie vakantie in de Vogezen
Pros:

Mooi zwembad/spa, schoon, fris en kind vriendelijk. Het is een rustige locatie, goede restauratie, keuken is uitstekend. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Je ziet dicht bij St. Dies de Vosges centrum.

Cons:

Geen minibar/koelkast in de kamer, belabberde service, alleen bediening bij ontbijt & lunch/diner. Geen bar/publieke ruimte. Ik wilde de 1/2 finale voetbal kijken er was geen TV in lobby of bar. Personeel is zowat onzichtbaar, wanneer ik een drankje mee wilde nemen moest ik dit halen aan de receptie en zelf naar de kamer brengen. Geen room service, geen mogelijkheden om iets te nuttigen in de spa. Ik vond de eigenaresse van het hotel zeer onpersoonlijk en onvriendelijk. Wij hebben 5 nachten verbleven in het hotel (langer dan gemiddeld gezien dit een doorreis hotel is) totaal geen contact, vriendelijkheid. Toen wij de laatste avond in het restaurant gingen dineren liep ik het restaurant in, zij gebaarde dat wij moeten wachten aan de receptie om geplaatst te worden.

Tot slot, prijs/kwaliteit voor de kamer niet in goede verhouding, heb 176€ per nacht betaald, moest 10€ extra betalen voor balkon & 14€ voor basic ontbijt pp (geen spiegelei, geen scrambled eggs, croissants waren vaak niet voorradig). Voor die prijs zou je een koelkastje/minibar op de kamer mogen verwachten.

Pros:

Nous avons déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel, et c’est toujours un véritable plaisir d’y revenir. Cette fois-ci, nous avons rencontré un petit contretemps, mais il a été résolu avec beaucoup de réactivité et d’efficacité. Nous nous sommes sentis écoutés, compris et considérés, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable de nos jours.

Comme toujours, le repas était excellent, et le spa offre tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable moment de détente.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et son accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

L'accueil, le déjeuner excellent et le petit déjeuner parfait, propreté de l'établissement rien à dire et piscine et spa au top!

Cons:

Accessibilité de la salle de sport qu'à partir de 09h, mais cela pourrais changer suite échange/parage avec la réceptionniste

Een ware culinaire verrassing met zeer behulpzaam en hartelijk personeel.
Pros:

Personeel was zeer hartelijk en vriendelijk. Hospitality staat hoog in het vaandel hier.

Belles chambres, restaurant de qualité, très bon petit déjeuner, piscine agréable

Cons:

Je trouve que pour le prix, le petit déjeuner pourrait être inclus. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas profiter des lieux tout le dimanche en partant après avoir libéré la chambre ( présence autorisée jusque midi seulement).
