Todo. El trato es excelente. La ubicación, la habitación.

Cons:

Hay ruido de la calle y hay poca flexibilidad para poder entrar antes de las 3pm como en otros hoteles. Lo bueno es que te resguardan el equipaje y puedes salir para hacer tiempo y como está en el centro hay mucho que ver, comer o visitar.

Great location, very hot and stuffy room
Pros:

Fantastic location: in the middle of everything. Good views of the Centro and cathedral. Everything was generally clean and efficient. Great shower. Gentleman who helped us to the garage was wonderful. Parking was close, easy, and secure

Cons:

The room was so stuffy and hot that it was hard to sleep. It purportedly had air conditioning, but it struggled and did not help. Interestingly the “Tempetatura Optima” on a plaque above the thermostat was 22 degrees but 25-26 degrees was the coolest it could achieve. Windows are fixed and cannot open to allow cool night air into the room. Extremely uncomfortable. Air conditioning was a main feature which led me to choose this hotel. If a stuffy room is an issue for you, I recommend you check your room quickly upon arrival and advise the hotel if there are issues.

La habitación amplia y limpia, ubicacion excelente, servicio del personal super amable.

Cons:

No es que no me haya gustado pero como sugerencia, poner un espejo de cuerpo completo y cafetera en las habitaciones y poner mas almohadas.

La ubicación es muy buena, la limpieza es excelente, la cama es muy cómoda, el personal es super amable, especialmente quién recibe y entrega los vehículos, excelente servicio.
Las áreas comunes son lindas, pero no espectaculares.

Cons:

El costo me pareció muy elevado para la habitación entregada, no tenía ventilación natural y a pesar de que la habitación estaba justo en medio del hotel, se filtraban los ruidos de las fiestas de afuera (en salones y bares de al rededor), e incluso de lo que ocurría en el pasillo.
