Courtyard by Marriott Buffalo Airport

After 9 different delayed flights (and 4 flight cancelations) from Delta airlines, my family and I found ourselves here at the Buffalo Courtyard by Marriott (2nd extra suprise day in buffalo/3rd total total stays).

While all of the delays and issues can be frustrating i just wanted to take a minute and drink a good coffee. I was going to walk to Starbucks but James from the hotel bistro overheard my situation and rose to the occasion. He told me he could try to make what I was looking for and not only was her eager to assist, he totally made me something better than i would have gotten from a standalone Starbees. He nailed it, bussleye with a cherry on top.

Hes kindness, empathy and "down to earth" demeanor was the best service I got from the entire 7 days ive spent in buffalo. He even made me forget about all the troubles with the airlines for the moment.

I asked him about some of the menu items and He recommended the french toast, yummmmm, so good!!!

Very peaceful

I actually stayed at the Fairfield across the parking lot and ate at the Courtyard. I eat at a lot of Courtyards, and this one has solidified my food choice moving forward because I’ve never been quite happy with my food order. Lindsey made me a BLT WITHOUT the horrible garlic aioli and let me sub the fresh veggies for the salad/fries option. It was the most satisfying meal I’ve ever had at a Courtyard. Thanks, Lindsey!

Lindsey is off the charts amazing! The hotel is great, the bar is even better. James was good and knowledgeable too!

After a day of delayed flights, it was nice to come to a room that had a comfortable bed, and enough space to move around with ease. What made my stay even more special, was the following morning, I wanted to toast my own bread and they did so with no issue. As I waited, Erin was so helpful and assisting, and made a vanilla latte for me even after the cafe was closed. I truly enjoyed my stay and the location is great if you want to be near the airport and some quick bites.

I can always count on Marriott and often stay at Courtyard. I was not expecting this airport location to be so well staffed and have as good of amenities as they had. We checked in and had a smooth process, rooms were clean, location was convenient… and after a long work day we came back to such a friendly bar/bistro staff (they even accommodated a difficult food need). Lundsey and Deja were amazing, and it was a BUSY weeknight with lots of travelers and a sporting event on tv. THANK YOU 10/10 would recommend

This is a great airport courtyard. Lindsey at the bistro makes you feel so welcome and taken care of. If you’re here, make sure you tell her hi. Many of us come and go for work here, and she’s like coming home. Get the grilled cheese and tomato soup. It’s a personal fave.

Buffalo by the airport. Was only there for company training. Can't really speak for anything but the how clean the conference room was and lunch one day. Both were satisfactory.

Lindsey greeted me right away, and I felt very welcomed by her. I took a seat, and waited for my food to arrive. James brought out the dishes I ordered, and everything I got was fantastic. The burger, wings, fries, and even the cheesecake were made perfectly. I was very impressed by the food's quality, and moreover the care they showed me as a customer. Lindsey & James were professional, considerate, and extremely pleasant. They were tending to a bar full of guests, but never left me feeling like I was forgotten or neglected. I will definitely come back for them alone. The great food is an added bonus.
