Bathroom was not in great shape.

Staff were great.

Superb location within the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Very clean, very spacious and good beddings. Staff were super friendly and offered to pack an early morning breakfast box for my morning tour!

Small, dark room. Noise from the lobby and other floors carried up the stairwell, which interrupted sleep.
A mistake was made with our booking and we had to change rooms for a two-night stay, which was inconvenient and seems like something hotel management would want to avoid. At the very least, a room rate discount would have been better appreciated than a discount at the hotel spa.
Sometimes we were ignored by staff when we entered the hotel lobby instead of being greeted when staff were just sitting around the lobby.
Breakfast was good, but staff was indifferent and seemed put upon if you ordered eggs.
We stayed in this hotel five years ago and found it satisfactory then, but after this visit, I wouldn’t stay again.

Terribile hotel!!! I have had a Very bad experience with this hotel, which I have never had before!!! All walls, celling, door and window faces to corridor are very thin structures and pass through all noises of hotel!! I could not sleep until 02:00!!! Hotel reception lady is very unfriendly and doesn’t say even hello when I pass her. Bathroom has very bad smell of sewage. Breakfast is poor. Everything is worst and further it is not cheap!!! It is better to choose another hotels because there are lots lots of hotels much better than this hotel!!!!!

初めてのハノイ旅行でしたが、ホテルはあたりだと思います。また利用したいと考えてます。

The location was perfect, it was walking distance from the centre.
Rooms are not like pictures on the website. It is small and very dark inside. Lots of dust in under the bed. No lift to the 7th floor or no interconnecting rooms. Breakfast area is very small.

Everything good

Great location, in the old quarter, just in the middle of everything. You can get by walk to all main places in Hanoi or even to take a public bus near by to get to the French Quarter in just 15 minutes.

Great service and breakfast, including eggs fresh made. It also count with laundry service really affordable and fast (in just one day).

The employees at the property are so nice and accommodating. I think this is the reason the property has good customers ratings. However, this is not a 4 star hotel. It is rundown and more like a basic older motel. However, it is in an excellent location so if you want service and good location, this place is for you. If you want an upper scale hotel with a nice room and good shower, this place is not for you.

窓周辺に蟻と白蟻が行進しているうえ、窓の直下に冷蔵庫があり、迂闊に物を置いておくと集ってきてました。
一見綺麗にしてあるので、防虫対策をやってもらいたいです。

Great location. Helpful staff. Was not prepared for how busy the streets are. Walking the street was chaotic at times besides that enjoyed our stay

The rooms are large and very clean. Breakfast included but not that good. We had booked for 3 nights and needed an additional 2 nights. We checked outto go on an overnight cruise which they booked for us and when we came back the next day they told us someone needed to stay in the room we were supposed to ha ve and they are fully booked. We had to find a hotel during a weekend high season.

My friend needed to visit a doctor during the trip and the receptionist told us a clinic where there is no doctor. The spa and facial are quite good. The location is quite good as it is not far away from the tourist spots.
