Pilar se esforzó en solucionar los problemas de limpieza que tuvimos. No puedo decir lo mismo de la otra compañera de tardes, quien puso en duda nuestras quejas a pesar de las fotos mostradas

La suciedad en la habitación. No solo los suelos, el baño con telarañas en ls esquinas, falta de limpieza tras los radiadores, suelos llenos de pelo, sabanas no cambiadas en la entrada. Muy decepcionados con el precio que pagamos y la higiene que nos encontramos

L' esmorzar molt complet i tot molt bo. tracte personalitzat, genial. El dinar i el sopar no varem anar. En general és un Hotel DE TOTA LA VIDA DE RIBES i han crescut molt.

Amabilidad del personal es excelente. La habitación de 10, era una cuádruple y era muy espaciosa. Con un servicio de restauración muy bueno. Muy bien situado.

Cons:

Por poner un pero, si tuviera que mejorar algo, sería el desayuno ya que hoy nos hemos juntado varios clientes a la vez y los productos se habían acabado y han tardado un poco en reponer.
