Sehr ringhörig - Lärm der Strasse, so wie das auf und ab der Holztreppe sind leider sehr gut zu hören.
Lovely to be able to eat breakfast outside in the garden and hotel was very quiet
AC didn't work and it was really uncomfortable given we stayed in summer. Couldn't really sleep.

A very quiet spacious hotel with large garden. Breakfast was Contintak Italian style. The staff were very nice. We were departing on a Celebrity cruise & were offered to book cruise terminal transfer by. (Visit Ravenna Official) Cheaper than a taxi & very reliable. See photo.
The coffee at breakfast. Having one room and one outside hotel key not easy when 2 people in room doing different daily attractions.
Staff were extremely friendly and gave us good advice on what to see, where to go and eat. The hotel had a homely feel about it and was well maintained. The back garden area was a bonus to sit out there and relax.

posizione eccezionale, a due passi da S. Vitale e in pieno centro. Pulizia più che curata, arredamento molto gradevole. Personale molto molto gentile e disponibile, anche se ridotto al minimo.
La portineria è attiva solo durante il giorno, dopo le 21 c'è un numero per le emergenze e l'invito (corretto) a non usare l'ascensore.
La colazione è migliorabile.
Non essendoci un bar, sarebbe molto utile avere un bollitore in camera per caffè, tisane ecc. La (gentilissima) responsabile mi ha poi detto che sono disponibili su richiesta. Perchè allora non segnalarlo nel depliant dedicato ai servizi in camera?
