Clean and spacious room on the second floor. Nice atrium. Location of the hotel is very central.
No warm water in the shower! Also, you have to bend to get to the shower and you can’t have the shower end high enough.
You can hear the noise to the room very clear.
At breakfast there was no one to clean the tables at first, felt like there was too much to do for only one staff member.
From the balcony, you could not see anything but rooftops, dissapointment.

Hotel situato in centro città a pochi passi dalla Basilica di San Vitale e dal Mausoleo di Galla Placidia. Staff gentile e disponibile. Molto bello il giardino interno.
