Pros:

Some time we make mistakes. It was a vodtly and terrible mistake to book this multiple issue hotel. This hotel is run by reception and some house keepin nspalrse boys. Kitchen staff very helpful. No middle or supervisor management exist. Direct working level abd top mgmt.

Pros:

The hotel services in general was adorable & amazing, the staff were great and very friendly with smiling faces, I loved the atmosphere in the hotel, food was great too, absolutely amazing
I will definitely come back to this hotel next time. Thank you for all your hospitality

Pros:

Clean , good lobby, good location, restaurants in hotel.
Couldn’t go to restaurant for coffee or rest unless I ordered a big buffet. Receptionist and food room service staff kept asking for cash instead of putting expenses on room. It was very odd. After I insisted, they agreed to charge my credit card.

Great view and nice rooms

Cons - Does not have vegetarian menu. No Indian food option.

Pros:

Half way to city and other parts of Kuwait. I recommend this area to stay in. accessible to the beach side walk which is acceptable in winter/spring seasons.

Good for a place to sleep
Pros:

No hot water for a shower one morning, lack of power outlets (particularly near to the bed for charging phone/laptop etc). Inconsistent with housekeeping replacing towels, floor towel etc.
Lack of control over the room temperature also.

حجزنا في الفندق غرفه من موقع اخر لما رحنا تفاجئنا بأن تفاصيل الغرفه الموجوده عالموقع غير موجوده في الفندق اساساً وكان عددنا كبير ومسافرين براً .فاجئنا طاقم العمل في الاستقبال والاداره بانهم غير متعاونين اصلاً ويكذبوا العميل احنا نقول لهم شوفوا الحجز وش مكتوب وهم يقولوا غير صحيح رفعنا لهم الجوال في وجههم واستمروا بالتكذيب
طيب الحين مو غلطنا احنا ولا غلط ادارة الفندق مو المفروض انتوا كاداره عشانكم ما تابعتوا تفاصيل البحث عن فندقكم في ذاك الموقع تقوموا بتعويض العميل بدلاً من تكذيبه وتأخير تسجيل دخوله بالطريقه المحرجة هذي
التعويض اللي عملوه انهم عطونا سريرين زياده وكانوا يبغونا ندفع حقهم
ولما خلصنا هذا كله ندخل الغرف ونجي ننام الا السرير مثل الخشب والمخدات بعد
النوعية مره سيئه ورديئه رجعنا كلنا ظهرنا ورقابنا تعورنا
بالنهاية تجربة سيئة بجميع المقاييس
وهذا اول واخر تعامل لنا وياهم

Shame about the early check in fee
Pros:

Such a shame! I enjoyed staying here several times through the summer. This time I arrived 3 hours early for check in. Rooms available but the manager insisted on 50% early check in fee, first time ever. Other staff wonderful and normally a good value hotel. will go back when the manager or the policy changes.

Great staff!
Pros:

Good hotel with a great location.
Wonderful staff at the reception, especially Nour and the eygption guy. Great staff also at breakfast and restaurant which is good with big menu ,high quality and economic prices.
