Position was great so close to hospital which l needed

Convenient spacious apartment
Pros:

Well located close to excellent bars, shops and restaurants of Fitzroy and Carlton, with the tram stop to town and nearby park. Very spacious room with plenty of amenities.

Cons:

Pretty dated and gave me vibes of my student accommodation in 2009. Could do with a little facelift.

Value for money, roomy apartments a stones throw from the city.
Pros:

Great value for money compared with hotel options. Nice big apartment. Reception staff very helpful. Superb location, just a short walk from the city and Fitzroy pubs.

Cons:

It’s a little run down. Balcony and its chairs hadn’t been cleaned. Could maybe do with a lick of paint and a few more pieces of kitchen equipment like a coffee maker/percolator.

Holiday getaway for tennis.
Pros:

Staff, late check in processes and location were all excellent!

Cons:

Smell of carpet and couch, some dodgy powerpoints and loud creaky internal stair case all needed a bit of work but would still stay again.

Great location - convenient to Exhibition Building and tram stops
Comfy bed, spacious bedroom and living area
Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

No lift - had to carry suitcases up 3 flights of stairs
No cooling in bedroom - and couldn't open window to let in fresh air (and no flyscreens if you could)
Needed a good clean - bathroom dusty/dirty
