Would stay again.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, room, minor issues but still enjoyed the stay.

Cons:

Shower sprayed everywhere, couldn’t close shower door, tracks jammed, and we weren’t supplied enough loo paper for two nights. Three flights of stairs a bit much for older people.

Disappointing service.
Pros:

Excellent location. Good sized apartment.

Cons:

Had to ask for black mould to be removed from bathroom. When notified, management did see to the problem.
Advertised as daily serviced apartment except for weekend...which was fine except that the servicing was not provided on week days as promised. Had to ask on two occasions for fresh towels and supplies.

Old and needs updating, worst bed, mouldy and barely function bathroom. Don't stay here.
Pros:

The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The room was terrible. Bathroom door didn't close at all and constantly jammed. There was mould throughout the bathroom and the toilet was barely functioning. The shower was in a ridiculous location on the side wall of the bath. If we moved the shower head it sprayed all over the whole bathroom and saturated everything. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The bed was like sleeping on a bed of concrete and the most uncomfortable thing we have ever slept on. Our room was on the 3rd floor with no lift access, you need to be aware of this when booking. Definitely not a disability friendly hotel. We booked for 4 nights and left after the first night and found other accommodation.

Pros:

I felt safe in the accomodation. Great location

Cons:

The apartment was not overly clean. Curtains were old, dirty and hanging off. Mirror in bathroom was disgusting and the tiles on the walls were dirty. The kitchen sink was dirty and so were the cupboards. The whole apartment was my not clean.

Fantastic, 2 minute walk to tram, museum cafes and eateries. Very reasonable priced and was an apartment to stay in.
Pros:

Parking at the place, close to Melbourne. Had everything for a 5 day stay. Washing machine was a bonus.

Cons:

Stairs , had to carry suitcase up 2 flights of stairs.
