Recommend the location and unfussy accommodation. Staff were lovely amd everything was easy and good.

Location, ease of getting around. Good neighbourhood.
Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The apartment felt a little dated and could use a thorough deep cleaning (especially the bathrooms) and maybe some repainting.

Bed a little hard but ok stairs tricky but this is factored into cost i think great to have smart tv and small kitchen

Perfect location and super helpful staff
Pros:

We booked this hotel for my mother-in-law to stay near the hospital. It was perfectly located within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided my MIL with milk and extras she needed, held her room for her when the trip was extended and moved her to a more easily accessible room when requested. They provided us with such peace of mind knowing she was taken care of at this difficult time.

The stairs were difficult for my MIL but the staff happily moved her on request.
