Pros:

Pros:

Staff were very lovely and helpful. Location was good.

Cons:

You can hear everything from inside the room. Even people sneezing in their own rooms. The Cleaner vacuuming is incredibly loud in the mornings. The cleaner tried to enter my room both mornings without knocking. Could Do with ‘do not disturb’ signs to put outside.

Super helpful family team who were very understanding about our late arrival due to customs delays. Good location wioth great restaurants nearby.

Good location but overall disappointing stay

Bedroom needs updating
Perspex hotel sign needs to be removed
Air con virtually useless
Ceiling fan extremely noisy, no sleep as room was incredibly hot and uncomfortable and noisy due to fan
No fridge or tea/coffee making facilities
Wall lights require updating

A great location to experience Lake Garda
Pros:

Amazing customer service, breakfast was included, close to transport, good air con and fan, great housekeeping staff, lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket

Ambiance familiale très sympathique.
Pros:

Le patron belge était très sympa, on a beaucoup papoté avec lui. Son personnel est très sympathique également. La chambre était calme (sauf les ouvriers d en face qui nous ont réveillés le matin). Parking gratuit devant l hôtel.
Petit déj sucré/salé correct.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé les oreillers trop plats, et il n' y a pas de frigo dans la chambre.

Rozhodně nedoporučuji, již bych se tady nikdy neubytovala.
Pros:

Jediné co bylo pozitivní - umístění poloha hotelu + parkování před hotelem

Cons:

Vybavení hotelu bylo velmi špatné. Nábytek z roku cca 1950, velmi ale velmi nepohodlné a proležené matrace. Pro dvě osoby pokoj o velikosti cca 12m čtverečních, postel úzká 140 x 200. Naprosto nemožné si mimo postel otevřít kufr. Pokoj by byl relativně prostorem dostačující pro jednoho člověka, myslím si, že i tak by měl být nabízen. V koupelně sprcha ze zdi - bez jakéhokoliv alespoň pláště (závěsu) zabraňujícím aby bylo vše mokré. V případě sprchování se muselo vše odnést - včetně toaletního papíru - hrozilo promáčení. Po sprchování bylo nutné vzít hadr a vše vytřít, včetně wc i bidetu. Další kapitolou je zvukotěsnost pokojů. Ze sousedních pokojů se linul i ten nejslabší zvuk, bylo to jakoby byli s vámi na pokoji. Všechno bylo tedy slyšet a bylo nutné v případě spánku použít špunty do uší.. klimatizace v podobě větráku na světle - strašné. Snídaně velmi špatné - absolutně bez ovoce a zeleniny. Pokud tedy nepočítám meloun. Veškeré snídaňové jídlo byly polotovary. Bez míchaných vajec, párků - teplého nebylo na výběr nic.
