Le logement que nous avions choisi n’a clairement pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes, ce qui a impacté notre séjour.
Pros:

La proximité avec la plage

Cons:

Nous avons choisi ce logement principalement pour sa vue sur mer, mais à notre arrivée, nous avons été très déçus de constater que celle-ci était inexistante. La vue donnait en réalité sur une balançoire, ce qui est mensonger par rapport à l’annonce.

L’acoustique du logement est également problématique. La maison étant divisée en quatre appartements, nous entendons en permanence les occupants des logements voisins (à gauche et au-dessus), ce qui nuit fortement au confort et au repos.

Concernant les équipements, ils sont très basiques et insuffisants pour un séjour confortable : un seul verre à vin disponible et une seule poêle de qualité très moyenne.

En résumé, le logement ne correspond pas aux attentes créées par l’annonce, tant au niveau de la vue que du confort général.

Séjour fidèle à nos attentes avec aucune mauvaise surprise. Tout était comme évoqué dans l’annonce.

L’emplacement du logement était idéal car nous étions à quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage de sable tout en étant sécurisé pour les enfants.

Alessandra, our host was extremely kind and very helpful!
Great and right away communication!
Calm, green, Mediterranean-style residence with palm gardens, more like a holiday village / apartment.
Best for: families, relaxed stays, car-based exploring.
Tranquil, relaxing atmosphere with lots of greenery!
Large, clean swimming pool, separate kids’ pool, sun loungers + pool bar.
Spacious apartments (great for families). Terrace or balcony in most units and Kitchenette (fridge, stove, mocca).
Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Missed a microwave in the kitchen and WiFi can be weak most of the time.

Alessandra er en fantastisk værtinde og meget hjælpsom med alt. Opholdet levede til fulde op til vores forventninger og

En helt fantastisk beliggenhed. En meget kort gåtur til båd strand og pool. Der er udsigt til havet fra huset igennem nåletræerne mellem huset og stranden.
Huset er rent og rummeligt.

Cons:

Huset mangler en ovn, men denne kan fint undværes.
Det en værelse har en pejs, hvorfra det lugter lidt af sod.

Perfect family holiday stay ❤️
Pros:

Our family holiday was absolutely perfect! Alessandra was a great host and did everything to be of help and service. The hotel is nice and the apartments comfortable with all the necessary amenities.
To wake up to the sunrise on the balcony overlooking the ocean is absolutely priceless.
Tha location is great for exploring the south coast of Sardinia, close to necessary service but still perfectly isolated from crowds and noice.
We would absolutely recommend this place for both families and couples and next time we go to south Sardinia we will be sure to book our stay with Alessandra again!

Nära strand och pool. Lugnt och stilla område. Perfekt utgångsläge att besöka många fina stränder.
Lite svårt att hitta om man kommer på kvällen när det är mörkt. Bra kontakt med värdinnan via Whats up.

Pros:

L'appartamento è immerso nel verde e lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito ed accessoriato con tutto ciò che serve. Alessandra è stata molto gentile ed i suoi consigli ci sono stati molto utili. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere chia e teulada e anche per fare una gita a Cagliari.

Pros:

The apartment was tidy and had everything needed. It was right next to the beach but far away from any other amenities. It wasn't connected to the main hotel, which was confusing but the hotel staff were lovely, especially Massimo at the cafe.

Pros:

Fantastic location. We had a see view from the terrace and only a short walk to the small local beach and also to the pool/bar. The pool was very nice and relaxing. Each room had an air-conditioning unit which helped during the hot nights. We'd come and stay again.

Cons:

There was only one roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 nights and no salt/pepper in the kitchen. Also only one dishwasher tablet. They are only small things but they make a big difference when you're on holiday.

Clean with a nice beachfront location, size of the Appartment was good.

Cons:

No starter pack for self catering and no on site restaurant means you have to buy everything to make basic meals which is neither efficient or economic
