Sempre gostava da maneira como éramos recebido. Desta vez foi decepcionante

Em função da grande chuva o booking me liberou da reserva de dois dias , retornando antes e disse q dependeria do hotel, que não aceitou dizendo q era culpa do booking. Eu queria um voucher não o dinheiro de volta. Já frequento o hotel a 7 anos. O gerente pediu q eu ligasse p o booking que por ele tudo bem. Assim fiz e a resposta do booking foi tudo bem. Dependeria do hotel.
O hotel após tudo isso foi totalmente antipático dizendo q o booking não permitiu, sem assumir a negativa.
O hotel perdeu um perfil familiar, está lotado e deixou de sr atencioso com antigos clientes.
Não indico mais.
Apesar de ser ótimo de localização e fora este gerente, um rapaz claramente inexperiente, os funcionários são bons

Tuve una excelente experiencia: el hotel está impecable, la limpieza se nota en todos los espacios y el personal es súper amable.

Cons:

Lo único que podría mejorar es la comodidad de la cama y la almohada. Fuera de eso, quedé encantada con todo.
