I will be back.
Pros:

Loved the location, being able to walk across the road for coffee, having a street full of eateries, and close enough to the CBD without the CBD traffic. I loved staying above a busy pub with the atmosphere below.

Cons:

As I had my own car parking was a bit of a pain. Would be great if the accommodation offered permit parking to guest staying with them.

Despite being above a pub the room I had was ver quiet.

The stairs. I had to drag my bag up the stairs myself. The guy checking me in didn’t offer to help or arrange for someone to help me. I was on the top floor.
Felt customer service was lacking at check in.

Good location and everything was close by. Was very clean and staff were welcoming on arrival. We were able to check in early which was helpful

Cons:

Was very loud. We didn’t realise a street party would be there and the rooms are not very sound proof so with loud music and people until after 2:30am during our visit it was quite difficult to get a decent sleep. Very overpriced

Great place to stay for the Grand Prix - great atmosphere and close to the Track
Pros:

The Hotel is close to the action if you are attending the Melbourne Grand Prix at Albert Park. You are right across the road from one of the gate entrances. The room rate does not include meals, but are available to purchase. There is a dining room for meals and a bar. The room was comfortable and bathroom amenities were good. There are also heaps of cafes and other dining establishments nearby. 3 blocks from the beach and a 20 minute walk to st Kilda Pier. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

So of the meal options were a little limited and pricy, but that may have been due to the Grand Prix. Hotel was at capacity for that time of year and didn't always get a hot shower due to demand. Hanging space was very limited if you are travelling on business.

awesome location great stay highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location to the track for the GP, the room we had was exceptional, the food in the restaurant was great, the atmosphere was also incredible

Cons:

very limited hot water in our room, the noise level was bearable from Thursday though to Saturday night, Sunday night didn't sleep a wink, we left for the airport at 3.30 am in the morning and the party was still going downstairs in the bar, it was to be expected though, a I think it was a great success for Middle park.

Cons:

The Coles branded body wash and apple fruits cheap ass crap for your hair. This is NOT a 4 star place
The decor was styrofoam shit not even the reject shop would sell.
$5 for a sachet of shitty coffee and a tiny milk?!!! That's free even in 2 star places, what the hell. Actual rip off
