We had an amazing stay at the Radisson and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family ski week.
Pros:

The photos online were exactly as what we experienced. No misleading images. The property was very well equipped. The employee went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was sublime (at the Savoia Hotel across the street).

Cons:

Everything was fantastic. Can’t think about anything we did not like.

Great staff, helpful and thoughtful great to have the kitchenette to make some meals.
Pros:

Clean property staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the Savoy worth every cent. High quality ingredients and lovely seasonal fruits. House keeping were exceptional their cleanliness was exceptional.

Cons:

Beds on the harder side we all struggled with the firm mattress.

Pros:

Lokalitu a čistotu ubytovania môžeme len pochváliť.

Cons:

Veľkým sklamaním bolo, že sme nedostali apartmán, za ktorý sme zaplatili, aj nám dali náhradný ale stále to nebol apartmán, ktorý sme si rezervovali. Mínusom bola pre nás chladnička, ktorá nechladila , dvojplatnička na apartmán je nedostačujúca a k parkovisku sa dostane po viacerých schodoch, teda ak máte veľa batožiny, je to dosť náročné.

L’ospite del loro residence è di serie B
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, personale del residence molto gentile e disponibile. Pulito e attento il servizio del residence.

Cons:

Le prenotazioni dei servizi dell’albergo non sono agevoli in quanto io soggiornavo nel loro residence. Ho chiesto di poter fare colazione in albergo e mi e’ stato risposto che potevo farlo solo dalle 7,30 alle 8,30 ma essendo in vacanza mi è sembrato un po troppo presto; ho chiesto se potevo almeno prendere un caffè o un cappuccino e mi è stato risposto che il bar non apriva prima delle 10. Il giorno dopo ho prenotato il pranzo sempre in albergo e mi è stato assegnato un tavolo all’aperto in pieno gennaio, inutile dire che alle 2 del pomeriggio faceva un freddo cane e quindi appena finito di mangiare un hamburger ed avere speso in 4 oltre 300 euro siamo dovuti scappare via per l’eccessivo freddo. Inutile dirvi che all’interno del locale c’erano tantissimi tavoli che a loro dire dovevano rimanere a disposizione degli eventuali ospiti dell’albergo che ne avessero chiesto la disponibilità mentre io ero solo ospite del loro residence. In sostanza considerano l’ospite del loro residence di serie B in una maniera inaccettabile.

Comfortable but expensive.
Pros:

I liked the staff, and location. The hotel is cosy and rooms are big enough. They have all appliances and cutleries. Ski room is great and easy to approach.

Cons:

Knowing thate we are speaking abou Cortina I have to say that hotel is price one. Ther are two buildings under one hotel. Radisson Residence and Grand hotel Savoy. If you opted for Radisson Residence your breakfast, pool, gym, spa, lounge and restaurant are across the street.
