Un paraíso.
Pros:

Fuimos por primera vez en 2021. Nos enamoró. Hemos vuelto después de 4 años otra vez, me quedo con todo está vez. En 2021 la comida del hotel no estaba muy allá. Ahora han hecho muchos cambios y se notan, para bien. Puedo decir que esté 2025 ha superado nuestras expectativas. Así que habrá una tercera vez. Gracias por hacer de esta belleza algo que perdure, en nuestros viajes de novios. Ojalá poder llevar a la familia para que vean este precioso paraíso rodeado de playas. Y el maravilloso hotel. El personal super amable, con parking también. No hay nada mejor que salir del hotel y poder ya tocar la arena y un segundo después el mar 😃

Peaceful and tranquil stay sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves.
Pros:

Location was peaceful and a pretty setting. Right on the beach. Not a big hotel. Staff excellent.

Cons:

Shame beach bar closed as low season.

Pros:

As other reviews , hotel needs refurbishment to all areas. However very clean and all facilities worked well. Disappointed that there was a charge of €10 per night for parking, hence why some cars parked on the road.
All staff very helpful.
Easy 20 min walk to the marina to many restaurants and bars.
Amazing beach location so make sure you pay the extra for a beach view room.. shame that the beach cafe was closed for the season which was not made clear when booking so this limited some choice.

Pros:

Water off at check-in told fixed one HR went to rest then had food then asked again still off can't flush toilets or have shower or wash hands. Went to bed 5am needed toilet all hotel smelling of poo still no water at all went downstairs asked for bottle water so I could freshen up and flush down my toilet refused. Asked again got told pay cash asked how much told 2 euro ps 2 euro had a sip of water and man said if I pd 3euro could have had big bottle. Left hotel as they said nothing can be done til 8am when receptionist arrives, went back 8am no water no help still serving food and drinks but staff can't wash hands asked for refund of next two nights and to go to sister hotel no help expedia.com in end rang them four times went to Dos Playas sister hotel they were lovely and let me have breakfast and freshen up but we're fully booked, booked elsewhere and had to get taxi, Expedia got hotel to refund eventually two days later awful
