Pros:

Os funcionários eram excelentes, extremamente solícitos. Fomos muito bem recebidos na chegada e, também, durante o café da manhã. Sempre com tratamento muito gentil e cordial, a equipe era ótima, muito educados e prestativos. O café da manhã era do tipo inglês, mas a funcionária do local se preocupou em nos atender e servir alimentos de acordo com a nossa necessidade e, com relação a isso, só temos a elogiá-los. A paisagem do local era muito bonita também.

Cons:

Chuveiro não esquentou, o secador de toalhas não estava funcionando. O quarto estava cheirando mofo. Era uma casa que parecia estar há bastante tempo fechada, empoeirada, com cheiro de mofo. O local também era distante e confuso de chegar.

Great apartment overlooking The Pinta
Pros:

We stayed in apartment 296b which is located at the rear of The Pinta course. The apartment was a 2 bed very spacious and clean.. The view from the terrace overlooked the 9th tee box. Overall very happy.

Cons:

The shutters in the lounge didn't seem to open properly so made the lounge quite dark.. Access out through the kitchen which did open wasn't a problem but more natural light would have been nice.

Local agradável e calmo. Acomodações razoáveis. Piscina perto

Cons:

Não podemos usufruir do spa porque não se encontrava a funcionar. Só tinha uma toalha de rosto por wc, Limpeza profunda não é feita com regularidade, paredes e portas sujas.
A limpeza da casa tem de ser pedida na recepção, mas apenas fizeram as camas. Não trocaram as toalhas. Não varreram, nem lavaram o chão.
Para o preço que cobram deveriam ter mais cuidado com a limpeza geral das casas e ter pelo menos gel de banho ou sabonetes para os hóspedes.
Campo de ténis e de basquetebol está fechado. E não é possível os miúdos utilizarem as áreas comuns para jogar com bola.
Pelo nome Pestana e para uma família com crianças e adolescentes, deixa a desejar.

Pros:

La villa, bien que pas celle souhaitée lors de notre reservation etait correct. Nous venons tout les ans et cette villa que nous ne connaissions pas etait pour le prix, moyen. Climatisation dans tout le RDC, mais absente totalement au premiere etage. Seul des ventilos defectueux etait present à l'étage.

Cons:

La villa n'avait pas de système d'alarme fonctionnel et durant tout notre sejour, nous avons eu des voisins dans la villa à côté de nous, bruyant musicalement avec fetes le soir ! Pourtant nous sommes dans un golf avec une demande de ne pas faire de bruits ni de soirées ? Le service de sécurité du golf ainsi que l'organisme du golf ne sont pas intervenus, tres etonnant vu le bruit de ces locataires. Nous n'avions jamais connus cela avant. Déçu.

VILLA ESTUPENDA PERO SUCIA Y SIN MANTENIMIENTO
Pros:

Es una pena que la villa no tenga un mantenimiento, había cosas rotas (los parasoles del jardín estaban destrozados, el congelador no cerraba bien, una de las puertas correderas que dan al jardín no cerraba), la limpieza deja mucho que desear, telarañas en el techo del salón, nos encontramos cajones de las habitaciones con bolsas de palomitas y tabaco, una tabla de planchar abierta en una de las habitaciones, la persiana de la puerta de la despensa/habitación de la colada llena de insectos muertos. En fin,,,, es una pena ya que la Villa es preciosa pero el mantenimiento y la limpieza un horror.

la falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. apenas había vasos y nos apañamos con tazas de desayuno. Esta tipo de villas por lo que valen tendrían que estar totalmente equipadas y limpias.

Great golf course,staff and clubhouse.Apartment a bit tired but functional.

Cons:

Only had 1 towel on arrival for 2 of us even after cleaner had seen us drop off bags as we were a bit early then had to ring reception for them,don’t know if one towel each for the whole week is the norm but will bring own in future and shower gel too.
