Alles in allem sehr angenehm mit kleinen Mängeln. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
Pros:

Super Frühstück (bis 12:00 !!!), sehr gutes Essen, extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen, schöner Balkonblick, kostenloses Wasser, Tee und Kaffee, schöner Pool, Meereszugang über Steg des Nachbarhotels.

Cons:

Elektrische Installation nicht sauber verlegt (Steckdose hing aus der Wand), nur 2 Kleiderbügel, Zimmerreinigung könnte besser sein, Strand mit Seegras stark verunreinigt, Balkontür defekt.

Excellent location, nice stuff botique type multi building type hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location on the beach. Nice attitude like cold watermelon after the swim or a cup of nuts after the dinner. Nicely made, boutique-style hotel. I good care of the beach side.

Cons:

It was a bit pricey for after the top season midle of the week stay.

A wonderful seaside stay with exceptional service
Pros:

I went to Cunda after spending a few days in Ayvalik and switching hotels was really worth it. The location next to the seaside is wonderful, the buildings and decorations are so very pretty and even the communication (both written and spoken) shows attention to detail. The staff was so super friendly and could find solutions to every problem I had and were super considerate. After a week in Turkey with some language difficulties I had no troubles communicating here. I had the excellent breakfast while having a nice view on the sea, the hotel also provides direct access to the beach. I did not use the pool, but it was pretty. I also used the laundry service. I really liked the walking distance to the center of Cunda where you find lots of old pretty painted buildings, nice shops and restaurants. I hope I can come back one day, especially the people working at Cundavilla made my stay very special.

Cons:

I did not like having to leave, I could have stayed much longer.

Stay at cundavilla
Pros:

Excellent location, very friendly staff, delicious and generous local breakfast. However, the room/suite need a major upgrade: old furniture crowding the room, very uncomfortable sofa bed, no phone, TV with one channel and no remote-control, some door frames are falling apart. Despite this we enjoyed the stay.

Pros:

Une charmante pension de famille en front de mer sur l'île de Cunda. Un petit moment hors du temps à l'abri du bruit du centre de Cunda et ses restaurants.
L'excellent accueil des équipes de l'hôtel, l'accès direct à la mer et le très bon petit déjeuner nous ont fait passer un moment délicieux.

L'hotel et le personnel sont bien mais...

Cons:

L'aspect trompeur des photos. On croit avoir les pieds dans l'eau au bord d'une plage mais la plage en question n'en est pas une. C'est un gros tas d'algues avec des detritus de plastique et une eau trouble et sale. Nous n'avons pas osé nous baigner.
