Pros:

La persona que nos recibió siempre fue muy amable, se llama Extra, creo que hace muy bien las múltiples tareas que le encargar en el hotel. El hotel en general es lindo, pero sus exteriores están sucios y descuidados, hay gaticos hermosos que no están bien cuidados :( . El cuarto y baño eran cómodos y limpios pero necesitan un poco de
mantenimiento en las puertas del baño que no cierra bien y hace mucho ruido. Las toallas se veían viejas (gastadas). Lo mejor del lugar es la persona que nos recibió, gracias Extra :)

Cons:

Jardines e instalaciones muy descuidadas, sucias, elementos tirados. Puertas y toallas gastadas. Falta más cuidados con los gaticos que están en el lugar, son muy lindos pero se ven descuidados.

The bathroom unfortunately smelt like sewage, which made the room also smell. Some of the ceiling also crumbled leaving the floor quite dirty.

The location and cave looking are awesome. Room and bath was clean. But keep in mind that its is anvintage cave style. It cant be as clean as a new building.

Cons:

There were leaves and some stuff lying aroung the property it looked a bit messy.

Pros:

Struttura suggestiva a pochi passi dalla via principale di goreme. Stanza nella roccia tipica e la stanza rispecchiava le foto della prenotazione. Bellissima location con personale cordiale all’arrivo .

Cons:

Negli spazi esterni fosse curato leggermente meglio sarebbe stato ancora più piacevole usufruire degli spazi comuni anche se nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato non c’è stato sempre bel tempo.

La struttura avrebbe un potenziale enorme, ma è tenuto male: piatti sporchi in giro per l'hotel per giorni, tutta la parte esterna dell'hotel sporca e non utilizzabile (i divani) , colazione mediocre. Ho trovato dei biscotti con la muffa.

Cons:

Couches and seating by the pool. Lots of spider webs, the cushions were not dusted in a very long time.

Becareful, if you book a bungalow it is a wooden house. No pictures show you this.

Avoid the bungalows.
Pros:

The location, staff, breakfast, and courtyard were nice.

Cons:

The entire property feels like it needs a good, deep clean and maintenance overhaul. I rented a bungalow since the cave rooms were unavailable and found it so dark, cramped, and dingy I moved hotels after only one night even though I had paid for three.

Heated floors and Hammam stone in bathroom!
Pros:

I loved how spacious it was, the pool was wonderful, the breakfast was splendid. The location was so close to the main strip. I would absolutely stay again. There was hammam in our bathroom! The stone slab was heated, as well as the floors… my goodness, icing on the cake!
