Cons:

El transfer del y al aeropuerto que ofrecen no está garantizado. No me permitieron reservarlo con anterioridad y si cuando llegas está completo no puedes utilizarlo. El pack de desayuno para tomar en el aeropuerto en caso de salida temprana no es de calidad.

Excellent place to stay near Santiago airport
Pros:

This hotel is an excellent option if you are looking for accommodation near the airport. There is a free shuttle between the airport and hotel every hour, 24 hours a day, and it is about a 10min trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed and great shower. We had to check out early, before breakfast is served, and we were given a packed breakfast to go which was much appreciated!

En general el servicio es excelente.

Cons:

El tiempo de espera en el aeropuerto, eso fue lo más malo de todo, entendemos que no pueden esperar mucho tiempo los vehículos, pero la recogida de pasajeros debería ser cada 30 minutos y no cada 1 hora. Referente al personal que traslada 10/10 son lo máximo, excelente en su trabajo 👏
