Great location for an overnight near the airport
Pros:

Great hotel for short stay near the airport. The food fr9m the onsite restaurant was excellent! Breakfast buffet was amazing! The room was spacious and clean. The coin washer and dryer was great. Staff was friendly and very very helpful!!

Cons:

The only recommendation is for the hotel to turn on the saunas. It was turn off and took a long time to heat up.

Me encantó lo limpio que estaba todo, lo cercano al aeropuerto .
Realmente es un plus para quienes tienen que viajar.

Cons:

El trato del staff.
Un tanto fríos en sus expresiones.
Abrían el desayuno a las 6 am y ya eran las 6:02 y ni siquiera nos dieron agua aún solicitándolas porque teníamos que irnos al aeropuerto.
Te cobran 30 us de garantía por el check in en la entrada cargados a la tarjeta PERO NO TE LO INFORMAN.
Me parece que cualquier tipo de monto extra al que ha sido previamente presentado cuando reservamos, debe ser comunicado, aún cuando el monto “sea reversado a los 3 días hábiles” que fue la promesa del joven que atendía el counter

Pros:

Fue una estadia muy buena. Ibamos con nuestro gato y el servicio de animales fue muy bueno. Le pusieron camita, comida, agua y una litera. El servicio de transfer para ir y venir al aeropuerto tambien de primera, incluso en un horario que no tenian a nadie reservado yo llegue 5 minutos tarde y me dijeron que me mandaban el auto igual si necesitaba. El personal muy amable y atento a resolver mis problemas.

Cons:

La entrada de la habitacion por momentos tenia un leve olor a cloaca, no se si era la ventilacion que justo estaba ahi o que. Pero despues no se sentia en el resto de la habitacion.
