Decent property and good shuttle service. Apparently customs didn’t give me special paperwork so the charged me more which is law, so get the paperwork at airport

No andaba el aire de la habitación, el restaurante a pesar de ser un hotel pegado al aeropuerto cerraba temprano y cerca no habia nada para comer. Llegamos justo, la comida normal pero carísima.

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue en general correcta, pero sinceramente esperaba algo más acorde a la categoría.
La habitación que me asignaron estaba en la planta -1. Si bien tenía un ventanal, la vista daba prácticamente a una pared de hormigón, lo que le quitaba bastante encanto y sensación de amplitud. Creo que, tratándose de un hotel de este nivel, la ubicación de la habitación podría haberse cuidado más.

Cons:

En cuanto al servicio, fue correcto, pero algo frío. Entiendo que había bastante afluencia de huéspedes, pero eché en falta un trato más cercano y atento, algo que normalmente se espera en este tipo de establecimientos.
También noté la falta de algunos detalles básicos en la habitación, como amenities más completos (por ejemplo, champú), lo cual me sorprendió.

The shuttle from SCL is super easy. They send you clear and easy directions. Driver was on time both to and from the airport. Couldn't have been smoother and much less expensive than the Holiday Inn
