Location Great - the rest needs updating and investment to modernise
Pros:

Ok, its all about the beachfront location - and that is the ONLY selling point. Restaurant staff were so nice too. The rest was meh...
The Thai food we had one night was 'ok' tho - 6/10.
Thank god for the good AC, was good and set at 20c all weeks 24/7, never turned it off.

Cons:

Very, very dated standard accommodation, and beachside equipment (if you could get a lounger!!) was so, so poor, dirty and needing replacement. Breakfast was very, very limited, but passable i suppose - you're not going to starve - fortunately, there are some excellent modern western places within 15min walk to get good coffee, eggs, chia, acai, etc etc!
We didnt take any pics of the accom, bcos its nothing to celebrate! dark wood, poor fittings, terrible shower room barely decorated, loads of mosquitoes in the room, and a Geko...(its good luck apparently!)

Great staff & Location but a run down resort
Pros:

Great location, probably one of the best on the beach. The staff were all very nice.

Cons:

It was my second trip back but the property is now very tired and is in need of a refurbishment, also the rooms are not very clean and the cleaner didn’t clean the sink or toilet for 2 weeks! It’s a shame because it has real potential, also over priced drinks 125 for a small beer!

Un véritable paradis. Dès que vous arrivez vous ne pouvez qu’être aux anges tellement c’est beau. Je recommande +++ la mer est transparente . L’emplacement est idéal si vous souhaitez le calme .

Entspannte Familienzeit
Pros:

Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute total wohl gefühlt. Die ca 20 Zimmer sind einfach aber ausreichend groß und sauber (Familienzimmer). Man bekommt jeden Tag 4 kleine Flaschen Wasser. Die ganze Anlage wird liebevoll gepflegt und alle sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist schön warm und perfekt für Kinder. Am Strand gibt es jede Menge Schattenplätze und das Meer ist sehr flach, also super um mit den Kindern den ganzen Tag am Strand zu bleiben. Das Frühstück bestellt man von einer Karte. Es war super lecker. Und Wäsche waschen kostet 70THB / kg.

Cons:

Es gibt zwar hoteleigene Liegen am Strand, diese werden aber von den Massageladys verwaltet. Es wird also erwartet, dass man sich eine Massage für 300 THB gönnt - ist auszuhalten.
Die Restaurants links und rechts am Strand sind besser als das hoteleigene.

אהבנו את הקרבה לים, הנוף, האווירה הכללית

Cons:

הניקיון היה לא משהו, הבת שלי זחלה על רצפת החדר והיידים שלה היו מלוכלכות, אפשר לראות שמתחת למיטה מאוד מלוכלך. גם הפריעו לנו הרבה יתושים שהגיעו מחדר האמבטיה.. בנוסף, המיטה לא הייתה כל כך נוחה

Amazing location, cute cozy villas with terrace
Pros:

Amazing location - small private villas basically right on the beach. Good large breakfast. Amazing breakfast spot.
The location will stay with me forever - our terrace was like 20 meters away from the sea - so you can wake up and have a dip before breakfast 😍
We had some minor issues with sink and toilet but they came and fixed it the next morning.
The electricity works even if you leave the room, so you could come back to a conditioned room, which was awesome
Really comfy beds, large room

Cons:

Some deeper cleaning could be beneficial, like fingers on walls, light switches, oily hairdryer, but its not something that affected us a lot (i cleaned the light switches myself, and the hairdryer isnt really needed)

Pros:

Everything was amazing, might seem like not as premium as other places on that beach, but for us it was amazing. Pool, beach bar, amazing staff, if you get a good spot you can see the beach from your window, massage spots all around and happy hour cocktail menu for the whole day. Would return here 100% for a great time.
