Buena ubicación. Era un barrio bastante caminable con tiendas y restaurantes. El hotel en general muy bueno, el restaurante nos gustó mucho y el desayuno estaba variado.
Además nos recibieron con una bandeja de cortesía con frutas y chocolates.

I came here for lunch with my family my experience was out of the world by seeing the grooming.and how attentive they are in there service by asking regularly what we need.it makes us very delighted to come here again and again. and the food was very delicious I will recommend everyone to come to this twenty ten restaurant and see the ambience with there professional service how they provide

Visited on 19th February 2025 as a paying customer (had coffee and lunch) at The Ashtan Sarovar Portico, Green Park Extension, New Delhi, while waiting for a colleague attending a workshop at the property. The experience was deeply disappointing.
First, the reception refused to keep my small suitcase despite me being a customer at their restaurant. When they eventually agreed, the attitude was unwelcoming and dismissive — as if I were an inconvenience rather than a guest.
The restaurant staff were no better. Despite having already spent on food and beverages, I was made to feel like an unwanted intruder. When I asked for the menu, I was told in a condescending manner what I could and couldn't order. Basic courtesy was absent throughout.
What was equally disturbing was witnessing the restaurant's senior managing staff openly berating and speaking poorly to their own team members in front of customer. This says a lot about the culture of this establishment — when leadership behaves this way, it is no surprise that the staff follows suit. I had no particular interest in visiting this property — I came solely because a colleague was attending a workshop there and we needed to travel together afterward.
A hotel of this standing should know that hospitality begins with how you treat people — whether it's customers or your own employees. Paying customers deserve basic dignity and respect. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

The location is a bit noisy, and the entrance is difficult to locate. However, the hotel and staff are excellent. I ordered a club sandwich to my room. It was excellent and worth the money. The complimentary breakfast was also very good.

I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
