I don’t mean any offence, but I felt the food quality could definitely be improved. The service also needs better coordination and management. However, the staff members are very sweet, polite, and genuinely helpful — they are doing their best. I believe the issue lies more with the overall hotel management rather than the staff themselves.
On a positive note, the ambience is pleasant and the place has good potential. With some improvements in food quality and service organisation, this could be a much better experience overall.

I went here with my family recently and if there is one thing that i have learnt during u stay here is that never trust the online photos of the hotel when you are booking rooms. The rooms look like they have never been cleaned and the bathroom is extremely untidy and small. The ONLY thing that is stopping me from giving a 1 star review is the Dining of the hotel and the hospitality of some of the staff members.

Service given by Mr Arvind as a captain during breakfast was fantastic. He was very energetic and excited to fulfill his duties.
