Unser Aufenthalt war nur eine Nacht ..., und dafür war es gut. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit- hat uns einiges - was wir für die Autofähre brauchten ausgedruckt. Vielen Dank

Overall the hotel is good. Very busy outside the entrance (carpark of shops) and not easy to leave your car safely. (Italians don't care much)
Once in the hotel the reception staff was friendly and professional. The accordion theme is visible everywhere.
Our room was tidy and clean, although the bathroom was outdated, small and shower not to the required 4 star level. I could just squeeze myself (I'm slim!) in the shower (60cm x 60 cm).
Breakfast and service: perfect ! Very nice staff and very helpfull.

I stayed here in2017 but lost my contact addresses. The staff and reception help and friendliness was excellent..more that helpful !..the rooms are lovely, extremely good value,the meals are fine, but eating out is recommended as there are so many nice small restaurants, great gelato shops and lovely views.. I want to say thank you for helping me with a rental car situation and fixing it!..excellent friendly service ,Recommended.Grazie Mille.

Hotel medio, la stanza che ci hanno dato non era certo da 4 stelle. Maniglia del bagno rotta, telecomando tv non funzionante e stanca piccolissima con tende bucate.

The hotel is really nice. The room was spacious, the accordion theme is cute but most of all we loved Natalie who works at the restaurant. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and take care of our needs.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are big enough and clean. Good coffe, rich breakfast, helpful stuff. Castelfidardo accordion musem is interesting. It is not so easy to find nice restaraunt at evening, but few pizza places are open.

Non capisco proprio cosa possa fare considerare questo hotel un 4 stelle non avendo nessun servizio particolare e non eccellendo nella pulizia o nella bellezza. Prezzo esagerato! Non avrei mai pagato 99 € per un hotel mediocre: a bordo strada, struttura e bagni datati, letti non confortevoli. Uniche note positive per la colazione, il personale e la fornitura di biancheria e prodotti in bagno. Ma prezzo assolutamente non commisurato. Se avessi pagato meno, forse sarei stata più clemente.

Hotel is run down needs a make over

It's my first time in Castelfidardo. The hotel is in a good location with supermarket and pharmacy nearby and also across to the monument and seem to be the center of everything, very convenient. I booked 3 rooms, my room air con is not cool enough as I expected for the hot summer season while the other two rooms are fine. Room next to mine was a bit noisy and disturbing. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy up every day which is excellent.

Clean rooms, good service, comfortable. Calm area. 15 to 20 minutes driving from beaches. There’s a very nice park infront of the hotel with a great bar indide that has live music in evenings. Good price. Recommended.

Very convenient location, marvelous "accordion" decor, the availability of accordions for guests to play, the best breakfast spread by far I have seen in my 3 weeks in Italia, Slovenis and Switzerland, and a lovely restaurant and cafe bar.

Friendly staff were very accommodating.
I personally found the bed a bit uncomfortable, but mainly due to having back problems. It would also be nice to have hot breakfast

good hotel, clean but small rooms, they say 4 stars but i'd say a good 3 stars. Breakfast (salty and sweet) is good. nice staff, a lot of parking just outdoor. price is cheap and you can book also from their own site.
