bed was firm , But ok , pillows terrible, no privacy as our room was literally on the street level, no tv in bed room and the room smelt very damp .
Tv in bedroom ,maybe stay up on next level so we could have curtains open and enjoy the view of the lake and not the road and fence , For the money i paid i expected alot more .
Room clean and tidy like new
No property vehicle parking
The facilities were ok, the breakfast also ok the discounting for meals at the restaurant was a big winner.
Breakfast coffee was a let down very poor quality and the machine wasn't producing water or milk in accurate amounts. There was a toaster near the gluten free bread which wasn't working for our two day stay even though we told staff it wasn't working.
Location was close to the airport and Frankton shops and city was easily accessible via water taxi 20 minutes ride. Rooms were clean and well appointed. My room had lake views, woke up to gorgeous sunrises every morning and planes flying in to Queenstown. Room was serviced everyday if needed. Buffet breakfast options downstairs were great, good availability of healthy options. Staff at the reception and service staff were very courteous. Sophia helped with my check out and ensured all my luggage was stored away safely while I wandered around the town before my flight. She even gave me a cookie. Highly recommend.
Very nice stay at this hotel. Beautiful views of the Lake, quiet location, comfy rooms, very clean and lovely bathroom with hot hot shower.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Underground parking for $20 per night was reasonable - there is only limited free parking so I would recommend the paid parking as it was so easy to access and saves driving around searching. Lovely walks along the lake. We did not eat at the hotel preferring to go into Queenstown for meals.
I do think that Hilton could increase the TV options - if you want to stay in on cold nights Netflix would be good to have for some entertainment instead of the limited channels available - but if in Queenstown again we would stay here again.
Very comfortable with a lovely view over the river. Fabulous dinner in the restaurant, when we finally found it.
A nice way to finish off our holiday in the south island.
Better signage for the facilities like the restaurant.
The location was superb, so peaceful. Right beside Lake Wakatipu, with a wonderful walking track going right past. Staff were so welcoming and friendly in every sector. Our unit was beautiful. It had everything we needed, spotlessly clean, great kitchenette, excellent heating. Great windows looking onto the lake and mountains. Even two small balconies where we could open the doors to get fresh air. Lovely bathroom products and rain head shower. Beautiful comfy king size bed, feather doona and pillows. Can't wait to come back again.
While our room had fantastic views, in the foreground we had a roof with solar panels, but hey, somebody has to have that view don't they.
We stayed in Room 25 lake view room and enjoyed the room size, comfortable beddings, Ralph Lauren luxe like interiors which completed our stay. They also give out warm welcome cookies which was a nice unique touch! The lake nearby has a walking trail ideal for a sunrise or sunset stroll while it is also a water taxi stop if you'd like to head into town.
Parking is via QR code and one more thing to think of when checking in unless you get lucky with a handful of free street parallel parking.
The studio room was excellent, great size separate bedroom, living & work areas. Well equipped kitchenette. Great shower room with lovely Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. Although not a lake view room, had a partial lake view.
Water taxi into Queenstown centre departs from a jetty in front of the hotel.
Breakfast was average.
Breakfast great. Receptionist was excellent and gave excellent service.

Wonderful location and very friendly staff. Gave us a hot cookie on arrival. Nice touch. A few local eateries too that were great.
Room was very cramped with inadequate storage. Very stylishly presented and perfect for a few days.
