Nice until 4am
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, great selection of channels on the tv. Warm and comfortable room

Cons:

Got woken up at 4am with the air conditioning in the hallway cranking up and them humming could not get back to sleep. pillows were terrible. Bathroom door right off the living room was a terrible design flaw

Pros:

수상택시 정거장이 있어서 퀸스타운 메인스트리트를 오갈 때 편했습니다. 룸 자체도 넓고 편안 합니다. 객실마다 다 동일한지는 모르겠지만 조리를 할 수 있는 공간도 있어서 좋았어요. 리셉션 직원 분들도 친절하시고, 웰컴 쿠키는 정말 맛있었습니다.

Highly recommend 5 stars
Pros:

The staff first and foremost made our stay a memorable one so many personal touches from day 1. Did I mention the amazing location, the spotless rooms, the restaurants. Water taxi outside hotel. Huge thanks to the staff Tini, Chandana, Priyanka, Ali. I will be back.

Pros:

It was so cozy, sunny apartment with such comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious and alot of choices. Such friendly staff, so helpful at every turn. Gym and spa were wonderful. Loved the Pinot pit ❤️

Pros:

Stunning rooms, good size and very comfortable. Bed is great. Bathroom and lounge area also great. Fantastic view from the lake view room.

Cons:

Parking at $20 a night is expensive. Also having to pay to use the spa facilities is disappointing

Our room was just lovely and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was devine and we had the best nights sleep.

Cons:

Could hear noise from outside too easily and people’s doors slamming shut through the night.
