it was very comfortable had everything we needed really we were out and about all day. Every day. Beds were comfortable

Location right on the water was fabulous loved getting the taxi into Queenstown proper it’s not right central to the actual city but it gives you a great experience being able to get the water Taxi in and experience the lake

Pleasant and comfortable. Reasonable value.
Pros:

Room very spacious with a separate small living area.
Short walk to Hilton restaurants and shop.
Great spa.
Lovely view from main Hilton restaurant.

Cons:

View of concrete retaining wall from my room. You need to ask for the rooms with a view on the opposite side of the hall.
Don't get confused between DoubleTree and main Hilton 5 mins walk up hill.

Loved our stay and would highly recommend.
Pros:

The staff were so pleasant and helpful. Nothing was an imposition. The location a little out of town however had plenty of facilities . Easy transport to the city via the water taxis.
