Great way to start a visit to New Zealand.
Pros:

Your staff member Mona was excellent helping us as we first came into the hotel. Then the breakfast assortment was a surprise of variety and good eating.

Cons:

The glass barn door for the toilet is a poor design choice, all sounds were easy to hear in the sitting area with the lake view I found this odd and amusing, good thing it wasn't a first date!

Pros:

Very comfortable hotel near Queenstown. Staff very kind and helpful. Parking in the basement with lift to the room's floors.
The brakfast was well assorted with quality products

The hotel is relatively far from Queenston Downtown, Skyline and the port

Very quiet and boutique style hotel.
Pros:

It feels like a boutique hotel and very well presented.

Cons:

There’s no back door to the outdoor car park. Some cars parked overnight in the pick up / drop off zone, so no one can use it as it’s designated for.

Pros:

I liked the food at the grill and the bar was excellent

Cons:

I don't think it's value for money, and the breakfast should of been complimentary as I paid to much for the room, the breakfast should not have cost me $66 as I hardly had anything, if I knew I would have gone somewhere else and had a decent meal. I've been to better and cheaper places. Not coming back.
