Es hat nautisches Flair, große Zimmer, ist sauber und das Frühstück hat alles, was man erwartet.

Pros:

Die Größe des Familienzimmer war hervorragend. Frühstück war einfach und ausreichend. Sobald etwas fehlte, wurde es sofort aufgefüllt. Haltestelle für
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gleich vor der Tür

Cons:

Leider fehlte beim Frühstück etwas Fisch gerade für diese Region sowie Cappuccino oder warmer Kakao.
Die Duschkabine sind ins Alter gekommen und müssten nach und nach ausgetauscht werden.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich gewesen. Das Zimmer war für die Übernachtung völlig in Ordnung. Das Bett war sehr bequem!
Das Hotel liegt nahe am Musical Theater und in der Umgebung kann man gut spazieren gehen. Der Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer könnte man vielleicht mal renovieren und etwas sauberer dürfte es auch sein z.B. die Dusche defekten Spiegel austauschen, die Holzverkleidungen im Zimmer könnten auch etwas Pflege gebrauchen so wie der Tisch. Fliegengitter wären nicht schlecht und vielleicht mal eine neue Jalousie.
Das Buffet ist etwas sparsam ausgestattet,da gäbe es noch Möglichkeiten. Aber man wird satt.

Guter Tip
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Hamburger Innenstadt, ist aber sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich unweit des Hotels. Sehr freundliches Personal, 24 h Rezeption, fürs Auto steht ein Parkplatz für 5 €/d zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer mit Bad war sehr gut, die Betten waren bequem. Tolles Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag auf der Seite einer sehr befahrenen Straße.
