Food was good .
Staff in restaurant very friendly n felt like home

Cons:

Internet was not there at all .it bogged us down .
Repeated complaints were done but they told that it is coming at a particular point in the room ...which is not acceptable. They could hve relocated us .
On chk out day we requested for early packed breakfast...but had issues

Grote (haven)stad met goed openbaar vervoer
Pros:

vriendelijk personeel, ruime keuze voor het ontbijt, busstop voor het hotel, regelmatige busverbinding van hotel naar metro station, duurde hooguit 10 minuten en vandaar met de S1 naar Centraal Station (4 haltes) in totaal duurde het hoogstens 30 minuten, met een dagkaart ad € 8,70 kon je onbeperkt met metro, bus reizen.

Cons:

Ik miste een duidelijk gebouw of monument, wat je dan direct met Hamburg associeer, zoals Parijs met de Eifeltoren, Dubai met Burj Khalifa, misschien in de toekomst het Elbphilharmonia gebouw of de Reeperbahn (wat tegenwoordig ook niet veel meer voorstelt)

Pros:

Man hat alles, was man für einen Kurztrip nach Hamburg braucht. Liegt nicht ganz zentral, aber mit Auto ist das völlig ok. Zimmer sind gut, Man sollte Recht früh da sein, um noch einen Parkplatz auf dem hoteleigenen Platz zu bekommen, sonst muss man etwas suchen auf der Straße.

Toilettet var meget rent.

Cons:

Der var ikke et køleskab til at opbevare mine madvarer. Der var heller ikke en telefon, så jeg kunne ringe, når jeg havde brug for noget. Hver gang jeg manglede noget, måtte jeg gå ned.

Schlechtes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis
Pros:

24 h besetzte Rezenption, lange Frühstückszeiten

Cons:

Kleines Zimmer zur Straßenseite (war ziemlich laut) veraltete Möbel, Preis Leistung Verhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt, kein Deutsches Personal, Kommunikation schwierig teils auch eher unfreundlich, man hat das Gefühl es geht nur ums Geld. Bad war mehr als veraltet mit schimmligen Silikonfugen

Hamburg mit Hagemann war gut.
Pros:

Der Preis und das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut. Wir durften unseren Fahrradträger in den Keller tun. Das war top👍
Essen konnte man gut im Restaurant (Pizzeria)

Cons:

Leider waren die Betten nicht sehr komfortabel.
