Cons:

Bei der Buchung wurde angegeben 2 Einzelbetten Wir haben aber ein großes Doppelbett bekommen
Das Zimmer War verdammt klein
Die Lage war überhaupt nicht schön
Um in die Stadt zu kommen mit einem Taxi ist extrem teuer
Viele Taxifahrer kennen angeblich manche Adressen nicht und somit wird weiter gefahren und man wird abgezockt
Allgemein ist das Hotel extrem runtergekommen

Gutes Hotel, kein Luxus aber ausreichend.
Pros:

Die Busverbindung zur S-Bahn war um die Ecke. Tagsüber hat man max. 5 min. auf Bus oder Bahn gewartet. S-Bahn fuhr direkt zum Hbf und zum Jungfernstieg.

Cons:

Etwas laut in der Gegend. Keine Klimaanlage, so dass das Fenster nachts geöffnet werden musste.

Pros:

Aufgrund unten aufgeführter Situation bat ich vor Ort um Rückabwicklung und bekam ein Angebot zur Übernachtung in einem Hotel der gleichen Betreiberfirma in einem anderen Stadtteil. Dieses nagelneue Hotel war super.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft war kein Parkplatz von Hotel frei und im ganzen Viertel auch keine Parkmöglichkeit zu finden.
Die Gegend ist ein sehr spezieller Kiez, optisch vergleichbar mit der berüchtigten Hafenstrasse selbiger Stadt.
Das gebuchte große Zimmer war anderweitig vergeben worden, da Hotel komplett ausgebucht, ich sollte zu unbekanntem Rabatt ein kleineres Zimmer nehmen, was ich ablehnte.

Das Frühstück war bescheiden. Das Notwendigste in geringer Anzahl. Preis-Leistungsvethältnis stimmte überhaupt nicht . 172,00 € für 1 Nacht war total überteuert. Für die Hälfte des Preises wäre es gut gewesen.

Alles war zufriedenstellend, aber nicht zu diesem Preis.

Pros:

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Service-Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ich hatte Änderungswünsche, die ich mit dem Personal vor Ort nicht zu meiner Zufriedenheit lösen konnte. Ich habe zu Beginn, denn Willen vermisst, mir behilflich zu sein. Im Nachhinein konnte alles unter Einbeziehung des Managements geklärt und gelöst werden.
