Beautiful hotel, great part of Rome, very good service and dining, lovely roof terrace with view, a wonderful holiday break.
This hotel was perfectly situated in the heart of Rome. Staff was exceptional. Room was perfect - and big size as we had the private balcony with sauna. Great for honeymoon!
It’s nice Location a good room but I ask for check out late at 2:30. Thursday told me the hotel is fully booked. they can’t do they check out after that? I told them I will pay for that they told me it’s availability to do late checkout at 2:30 for €200.
No one could regret staying at this hotel.
Neat and clean facility , walking distance to many major attractions in rome (history, food, and shopping)
We had a lovely stay at the First Arte Hotel and enjoyed the area and a Italy to walk everywhere. The hotel is gorgeous with a rooftop linge and restaurant. We had the suite which was extremely well designed and luxurious. At the end of a long day we enjoyed rh peaceful and quiet room. The staff are gracious and warm—Gianfranca and Alex were lovely! The entire office team are exceptional. We cannot recommend the hotel and experience enough for families or a romantic getaway. Grazie!!
The suites are huge. We loved it and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
This hotel was exactly what we wanted - small quaint enjoyable - the service was spectacular - anything we needed was handled for us - exceptionally friendly - all good things that you can imagine!
The staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. I loved may stay at this hotel.
Staying at First Arte in Florence was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, elegance, and an exceptional level of service that made us feel both at home and incredibly pampered.
The design of the property is breathtaking—modern sophistication blended seamlessly with Florentine charm. Every detail, from the curated art to the plush linens, spoke of thoughtfulness and refined taste. Our room was a sanctuary: quiet, immaculately clean, and filled with natural light, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring the city.
The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Florence’s historic heart, yet tucked into a quiet street that offered rare tranquility. We were minutes from the Duomo, the Uffizi, and the Ponte Vecchio, yet felt like we were in our own hidden corner of the city.
The staff deserves special praise. Attentive without being intrusive, they anticipated our needs with grace and provided wonderful recommendations that helped us experience Florence like locals.
First Arte is more than a hotel—it’s an experience. We left feeling deeply inspired and refreshed, already dreaming of our return.
Beautiful hotel, Amazing, welcoming staff. Helpful services and very accommodating. Delicious breakfast on a beautiful rooftop terrace. The cocktail hour on the rooftop is also special. Special mention to Alex who went out of his way at the front desk to make my stay comfortable after arriving after midnight for checkin. the staff were top notch!
Spend 4 nights at the First Roma Hotel. Our flight was cancelled to Rome and missed our first night. The hotel was so wonderful with our car transport and held out room. When we checked in Anna was so great with check in and showing us our room. We immediately went for breakfast on the rooftop with the best view. Everyone in the hotel was wonderful! This boutique hotel, so close the everything was a must stay! Upon check out. Alex was wonderful with all our questions and our departure. 100 percent would stay there again. Also, room was great for our family of 3!
We overnighted in Rome in May and stayed at The First Roma Arte. The hotel was recommended to us by our travel service company, and it turned out to be a very good choice. It is a lovely small hotel, with modern amenities. The rooms are very functional, with large bathroom, walk in closet with safe. It is very modern and clean. There are restaurants on property, we used the rooftop bar, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff were very helpful, from check-in/out, handling of the luggage, to accommodating our special request for a shower chair. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and efficient. It is very centrally located, literally one minute walk to a few restaurants nearby. We had a lovely lunch at one of the restaurants. We also requested Uber service from the hotel, and it worked without a hitch. Granted it is not cheap, but considering it's Rome, and we would definitely return and stay there again in the future.
Excellent service. Great location - walking distance to many historic sights and shopping areas. Very nice rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Highly recommend and we will return!! Very clean. Add the breakfast to your stay and dine on the roof top. The roof top bar is also an excellent end to your day!
Amazing staff, they were very helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and hygienic. Breakfast on the roof top had a lovely view of Rome's city centre. Also, a great location everything is close by with minutes of walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.
.
Amazing hotel with attention to detail everywhere. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The whole place is spotless everywhere. The perfect location to see everything and as well as the superb rooftop terrace for breakfast, aperitivo or dinner there is also the unmissable Aqualina Michelin 2* restaurant. We had an incredible experience with knowledgeable staff and warm service. Again nothing was too much trouble to make your experience memorable. Cannot recommend the hotel and staff enough.
Excellent location - ideal for visiting key sights on foot and with lots of brilliant food options nearby. The staff were very accommodating and kind and the hotel has a great aura and aesthetics in the room, restaurant and lobby with lots of attention to detail. We stayed 4 nights and will definitely be back.
Our 4th or 5th time at this friendly hotel, staying in a suite or a deluxe room. Modern, spacious, well furnished. Friendly staff. Lovely rooftop bar / restaurant with a nice Roman view. A quiet street. 2 mins. walk to Pzza. di Popolo. 10 mns. to Spagna. If you stay on the 4th floor prepare for some noise from rooftop bar action.
