Hotel muy acogedor, bonito y el personal muy atento
Pros:

El personal muy atento y la decoración del hotel

Cons:

El jacuzzi exterior estaba sucio, tenia una especie de grasa dentro y tampoco me gustó que la puerta del baño fuese una especie de mampara en vez de una puerta normal

Pros:

La ubicación era buena, la habitación acogedora, limpia, con buenas vistas, la cama muy cómoda, el jacuzzi muy limpio. El desayuno muy bueno y completo. Nos gustaría volver!

Cons:

Nada, lo único que diría es que algunos huéspedes usan el jacuzzi más tarde de las 12 de la noche y el ruido puede molestar un poco.

Heerlijk ontspannen Hotel
Pros:

Het heerlijke verse uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet elke ochtend met gastheren & keuken crew die zorgen dat je niets tekort komt.
Een heerlijk schoon ontspannen hotel met super vriendelijk en attent personeel. Het warme welkom na een lange dag reizen was geweldig! Op de kamer heerlijke bedden, genoeg kastruimte, ruime douche en de jacuzzi op de kamer zorgt voor nog meer ontspanning.
Vanuit het hotel loop je zo het mooie plaatsje Santillana del Mar in waar je je verbaasd over de vele restaurants waar je heerlijk kunt eten.
Ook in het restaurant bij het hotel kun je savonds nog wat eten en drinken. Leuk ook die bar bij het zwembad.
De parkeergarage onder het hotel was perfect, je liep zo met al je spullen het hotel in vanuit de parkeergarage. Voor het hotel zijn een aantal gratis parkeerplaatsen.

Cons:

Helemaal niets! Is ons goed bevallen dit een Adults Only hotel. Volgende keer weer!

Enamorada de este hotel, tiene muchísimo encanto note vas arrepentir
Pros:

El alojamiento es el más bonito y cuidado que he conocido jamás y con un personal inmejorable, hasta el aparcamiento está lleno de detalles que te hacen disfrutar de la estancia. La ubicación es excelente, no está en todo el bullicio pero sí muy cerca. La habitación en su totalidad de 10 ( colchones, almohadas, duchas, toallas..) y que decir del pueblo donde está 🥰, repetiré seguro!!!

Cons:

Me gustó todo, para mí es inmejorable.
