Staff are outstanding. Went above and beyond to help us navigate around Cantabria. Food & Beverage staff are very attentive and pleasant.
Parking garage is very tight, but very nice.
Spa tub is a waste of space. Too long to fill, controls are poorly positioned.

Los exteriores y jardines, la alberca y su precio bar, el comedor INCREIBLE, no me esperaba esta calidez, desde la repcionista hasta el mesero. Realmente un HOTEL EXCEPCIONAL. Fue la mejor eleccion.
Hotel moderno, muito bem decorado. Área externa muito bem cuidada. Ótimo café da manhã. Pessoal muito atencioso e gentil.
un hotel muy bien ubicado para visitar Santillana del mar. muy amables en la recepción. tiene parking gratuito en la puerta, unas 6 plazas. si no hay lugar el hotel lo ofrece con un costo adicional. la habitación es de una medida muy razonable. el baño con una ducha con mucha agua. todo muy limpio. en verano tiene un área con piscina que seguro está para disfrutar. nosotros fuimos en abril.
nada tengo que decir del hotel. si de los dueños de restaurantes de la ciudad que fuera de temporada se ponen todos de acuerdo para cerrar el mismo día.

Calidad/precio muy bien y la recepcion excelente a mi pareja le dieron una bonita sorpresa cantandole el cumpleaños feliz con regalo sin yo decirles nada y a su vez tambien quede sorprendido
Pequeño fallo en la instalacion de la ducha y esque cuando te estas bañando con agua tibia con la alcachofa en la mano a su vez te caen gotitas frias de la ducha que hay fija justo en el centro del plato ducha
La habitación espectacular y la zona de la piscina con el bar y la zona terraza del exterior increíble, pena de no haber venido en una época más tirando a verano
La tele necesitan una actualización, aunque sea el poner smart TV para poder ver algo a la noche
La habitación era perfecta, una cama cómoda, el jacuzzi increíble y el pequeño balconcito que los fumadores agradecemos tanto, el hotel muy limpio y las instalaciones perfectas y que decir de la zona de piscina que aún estando cerrado tenía el camper bar que hacen unos cocktails riquísimos
