Pros:

Alles was perfect. Ontvangst door Monika van de receptie; vers bord fruit en fles bubbels op de kamer. Iedereen was behulpzaam van het personeel.

Cons:

Zou graag de animatie wat langer laten duren. Nu van 21.30 tot 23 uur

Близко к станции жд и 10 мин от центра городка. Прекрасный вид. Доброжелательный персонал. Спиртное по принципу самообслуживания- удобно, но набор коктейлей ограничен. 1 линия- выход сразу на пляж. Отличная кухня.

Cons:

Были в конце сезона, отсюда видимо и все минусы.. Анимация и вечерняя программ так себе. Завтрак в последний день аж в другом отеле, но в принципе недалеко и вкусно. Медузы в море. Бассейн невелик.

La camarerea de piso del fin de semana muy mal educada golpeando las puertas a las 10 de la mañana y encima solo estiro el cubrecama no hizo la cama y el baño lo dejo sucio su trabajo deja mucho que desear ,y las bebidas marcas muy malas

Нам в отеле понравилось все. Он полностью соответствует отелю 4 звезды. Особенно понравилось, что рядом море бирюзовое, пляж. В последние два дня погода немного подкачала, но это уже был октябрь. Отель маленький, но уютный. Персонал приветливый. Нам дали отличный номер с балкончиком окнами на море. Вид был превосходный! Питание нормальное, есть выбор на любой вкус. Нам понравилось качество разливного пива и еще в отеле готовят очень вкусный кофе. Отель чистый. Музыка по вечерам громкая, но это не критично, особенно когда играли наш любимый джаз или блюз. Мы бы вернулись сюда снова, но уже в августе или сентябре. Спасибо за отдых! Очень рекомендуем отель для отдыха!

Déco de la chambre très jolie.
Les buffets sont pas trop mal

Cons:

La formule all-in pourrait être améliorée... En-cas beaucoup trop limités, boissons à se servir soi-même (dans des gobelets unqiuement)
Le ménage est à améliorer. Nous devons insister auprès du personnel pour que notre chambre soit faite (et c'est fait très sommairement)
Les plats des buffets devraient être étiquettés plus en détail (le nom du plat, les allergènes, etc)
J'aurais apprécié des churros au petit déjeuner!

Perhaps the 4 star rating misleads people into thinking it's like an American hotel. It's not!

Location: wonderful, on the beach
Drink: very good selection of drinks available throughout the day and at meals

Cons:

Room: a lot of noise from entertainment 9pm-midnight
Food: although good, very much the same from day-to-day
