Very nice location in a safe and silent area
Pros:

Excellent location and friendly personnel.

Cons:

Ee had nothing in minibar. Breakfast was weak. We got a smaller room than presented in confirmation

Colazione molto curata, ottimi prodotti, cortesia dello staff molto alta, posizione dell'hotel comoda alla metro (8 minuti a piedi), camera spaziosa e molto pulita. letto comodissimo. quartiere silenzioso

Il mio giudizio e' comunque positivo, anche in relazione al rapporto qualita'/prezzo.
Pros:

Il personale della Reception e del bar è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile, la stanza in cui ero stata inizialmente ospitata non aveva il riscaldamento funzionante, il portiere di notte preso atto della situazione ( fuori la temperatura era di 6 C°) mi ha prontamente dato la disponibilita' di un'altra stanza, molto piu' confortevole, in particolare per il bagno piu' ampio.
La colazione e' in linea con quanto ci si aspetta da un hotel 3 stelle.
Ho scelto questo hotel per la posizione prossima all'abitazione dei miei parenti, forse per un turista è un po' defilata dal centro storico.

Cons:

Ritengo che la struttura necessiterebbe di una manutenzione maggiore, mi sembra nell'insieme un po' trascurata.

Kleines, gut gelegenes Hotel mit Patina
Pros:

Das charmante kleine Hotel liegt ruhig, unweit vom Piazza Bologna. Es ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und bietet Parkplätze im Hof. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber, das Bett bequem. Das sehr freundliche Personal ist hilfsbereit. Das sehr gute Preis/Leistungsverhältnis muss betont werden.

Cons:

Wir waren schon öfter in der Villa Pirandello, deshalb müssen wir erwähnen, dass Zimmer und Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Hier wäre die Renovierung notwendig. Und beim Frühstück könnte etwas Abwechslung nicht schaden.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war wunderbar.
Pros:

Die Lage, die Größe des Hotels und die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind perfekt!

Cons:

Es hätte böhmisches Bier geben können :) weil ich das gern trinke - Peroni war aber auch sehr gut !!!
