We had a great stay at Hotel Krasicki. The room was clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good. The hotel building was impressive and the spa facilities were lovely.

Top Hotel, super Ausstattung, in einer alten Burg. Schönes Schwimmbad und Sauna. Spa.

落ち着いた環境で、施設も充実しておりゆっくり滞在したいホテルでした。

Klimatycznie i przyjemnie. Zadnych zastrzezen. Obsluga, czystosc itd wszystko w porzadku.

Upea ympäristö ja hieno historiallinen rakennus. Mukava, rauhallinen ja viihtyisä huone, joskin helteellä varsin lämmin.

Dieses Hotel hat auf unserer Reise zu den besten gezählt. Sehr grosse Zimmer mit modernem Badezimmer so wie einem wirklich grossen Schwimmbad. Lediglich der Saunabereich passt nicht zur grösse der Wellnessanlage. Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche die mit anderen in Europa gut mithalten kann und dies erst noch zu reellen Preisen.
Die Umgebung und ich meine micht ums Hotel herum sondern der Stadtkern von Lidzbar Warminski ist eher verschlafen und etwss trostlos.

This hotel is nice with an interesting historic background. In the top of the hotel you find a library which belonged to Copernicus and in the front of the hotel an interesting museum. The town's name was earlier Heilsberg, and here it was a battle between the French and Russian armies during the Na-poleonic wars.

We really liked the hotel, above all the pool area but also the restaurant where we had a wonderful dinner. Also the breakfast was really good. The room, though, could be better. The furniture is nice but not practical at all. It was for example easy to get hurt when passing the table’s feet, above all during the night when the room is dark. In the room it was no Internet and the connection was bad in the other parts of the hotel.

To recommend a stay? Yes, absolutely.

Inte särskilt servicevänlig personal i Spa, men lysande i övrigt.

Если Вы путешествуете с ребёнком, - идеальное место. Колорит средневекового замка сохранен и в номерах, и в ресторане, не говоря уж про многочисленне переходы, коридоры, «подземелья».

Ogólnie ok. Niestety jak to często bywa, gdy są grupy zorganizowane było głośno i mało spokojnie. Wieczorem w barze nie dało się nic wypić, bo bar był otwarty dla grupy i czekałem 40 minut na drinka. Masakra, jedna osoba do obsługi!
Na uwagę zasługuje również brak klimatyzacji w pokoju. Było to okres zimowy, więc ważne było ogrzewanie, ale latem może być ciężko (mimo grubych zamkowych ścian)

Beautiful hotel. The spa is amazing and really good value for money compared to UK prices. Quiet peaceful area great for relaxing.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel, welcoming and friendly staff, interesting history. Great spa and pool.

When we arrived at the hotel the lady at the reception was very professional but not very welcoming. The room was nice and clean. Only problem was that you could hear people walk down the corridors it felt that the walls were paper thin, yet you could not hear your neighbors. The breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from. We went to the spa and had masssages. Ela was wonderful, she asked first what were the problem areas and the strength of our massage. We had the Swedish massages. I had Ania the second time and she did not speak to me nor welcome me nor ask me any questions and i felt she was rough. The restaurant buffet had lots to choose from for dinner but I felt that it was highly priced and the duck was a bit dry. The Bar drinks were good.

Room was decent size, bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. WiFi was available throughout the hotel for free. I had a buffet breakfast (included) and buffet lunch. Both were very tasty and had plenty of options to choose from.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, from the outside grounds, the public rooms right down to the spa area-- all included for no extra. Breakfast and dinner were great in an absolutely beautiful setting of rooms. We definitely will return here in our next visit to the area
