Victoria from front desk and Barbara from the restaurant made it all worth it, they were extremely nice and helpful. Love them

Fint o bra hotell med restaurang, god mat. Tyvärr var restaurangen stängd på tisdagar men med trevlig personal fick vi bra tips på en restaurang (il monte) med kanon mat till bra pris. En dag med besök på de 3 tornen blev en fullträff.

personale disponibile , pulizia ni ! questa andrebbe un po perfezionata . colazione , non amo la colazione fatta con le macchinette , ecco forse il prezzo di 7 euro e un po ecessivo

The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the room was fine but it is in a residential area with little around by way of bars or other restaurants without driving….walking is not easy!

Stanza polverosa. Ho chiesto di farla pulire bene, ma NON hanno fatto pulizia di fondo dato che c'era la polvere sul letto , porte armadio e muri

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, sogar in gutem Englisch.
Zimmer recht klein, dafür mit einer tolles Aussicht.
Leider ist auch der Fahrstuhl sehr klein.
Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.
Das angrenzende Restaurant ist sehr gut, hat eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, und bietet eine tolle Aussicht.
Auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich.
Ich finde dieses Hotel empfehlenswert für einen Kurzurlaub.

Hotel simples, antigo, mas muito limpo, com um quarto agradável, com um colchão muito confortável. Estacionamento em frente ao hotel e tinha um restaurante antes da portaria. Não comemos lá, mas o cheiro do preparo da comida estava maravilhoso!

L'albergo è una discreta sistemazione, offre camere di buon livello altre invece appena sufficienti, questa volta ho soggiornato in una camera singola di ottimo livello. Il ristorante è di ottima qualità.

La doccia è in condizione di degrado impresentabili.
La colazione scarsa è poco curata: sul tavolino neppure una tovaglietta di carta, il succo di arancia era acqua colorata, senza consistenza e gusto. Pochissima scelta.
Non viene emessa la fattura elettronica.
Il personale molto cortese ed accogliente.

My wife and I didn't make it to the hotel until after midnight. I felt bad that the hotel tried to reach out to me beforehand, to know what time I may arrive, but I was in the mountains and didn't see the message until we arrived at the hotel. The man was waiting for us...asleep on the couch behind his desk. He woke up and greeted us with a smile and was very friendly; he was clearly exhausted but showed no sign of annoyance or frustration with us. This is clearly a family-run business, and they do a fabulous job with it. It was almost as if he was just glad we made it there safely. After we checked in, he told us to have a good night and laid back down on the couch behind the lobby desk. The next morning, we checked out with ease and we're treated greatly by the woman at the desk. This was a great hotel experience.

Le camere e i bagni necessitano di ristrutturazioni.

Hôtel propre mais bruyant. De plus restaurant fermé. A l'accueil personnel pas sympa. A gardé nos cartes d'identité et oubliait de nous les rendre au départ de l'hôtel.

Camera spaziosa, ma la pulizia lascia veramente a desiderare, tantissima polvere, ragnatele enormi; in più mi hanno fatto pagare di più da quanto sottoscritto dandonla colpa ad Expedia dicendo che calcola male le tasse, di fatto accordi non rispettati. Molto Male!

La camera ad un primo aspetto era spaziosa e ben servita ma la pulizia lasciava a desiderare 2dita di polvere sotto il letto e nell’armadio e in più alla fine volevano addebitare circa 30€ in più sul costo convenuto , alla fine grazie all’assistenza ho pagato quanto pattuito ma sembrava che mi stessero facendo un favore…

Non mi è piaciuto il comportamento di una dei dipendenti a cui abbiamo esposto un nostro problema che abbiamo riscontrato nella camera assegnataci, ovvero porta della doccia rotta e scarico sempre della doccia otturato . Invece che chiedere scusa per l'inconveniente,ci ha trattato come se l'avessimo creato noi il problema senza chiedere manco scusa per il disagio creato.

Nice hotel to stay in San Marino with no extra frills. About 4 min drive from the cable car that takes you to the top of the country.
