Encore un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour inoubliable.

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel, sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs que nous ayons vécu !

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par un personnel incroyablement chaleureux et bienveillant. Toujours souriants, attentionnés, et particulièrement adorables avec nous, ils ont vraiment fait toute la différence. Une mention toute spéciale à “my friend” — comme je l’appelais — qui a été d’une gentillesse rare du début à la fin de notre séjour. Un vrai rayon de soleil au quotidien !

La chambre était tout simplement parfaite. Spacieuse, confortable, et surtout toujours impeccable. Le ménage était fait très régulièrement, ce qui rendait notre séjour encore plus agréable. Et que dire de la baignoire… un vrai bonheur ! Nous avons adoré pouvoir nous détendre après nos journées.

Le petit déjeuner était également irréprochable : varié, copieux et délicieux. Un vrai plaisir chaque matin.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est un énorme point fort. Idéalement situé, avec tout à proximité : métro, bus, et même les bateaux ! C’était extrêmement pratique pour se déplacer et profiter pleinement de notre séjour.

Et pour finir en beauté, l’hôtel nous a offert le transport jusqu’à l’aéroport. Une attention qui nous a énormément touchés ! Le trajet était tout simplement incroyable, un service de luxe que nous n’aurions même pas pensé réserver par nous-mêmes.

Cons:

Nous avons passé deux semaines de pur bonheur dans cet hôtel, et nous en garderons des souvenirs incroyables. Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés à 100 %. Foncez, vous ne serez pas déçus !

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Team – alle Mitarbeiter waren durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

Auch die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und alles schnell zu erreichen.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Pros:

Das Personal ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut befindet sich mitten auf der Einkaufsmeile dennoch sehr ruhig und kein Lärm auf dem Zimmer. Es war sauber und das Bett war gemütlich. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
