Cons:

Room 101 on the first floor had broken bathroom faucets. It was very difficult to take a shower because the water did not drain properly; the drain was clogged. There was also a constant bad sewage smell on the first floor.

Another issue is that the hotel is located on a very steep alley, which can be difficult for families with children or elderly guests.

Pros:

For me staff, location and cleanliness are the most important things. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room and ficilities are very clean. Our room had a good view. Location wise there is some walk to Taksim square (20 min aprox) and 15 mins to Nishantashi which was convenient.
