Terribile esperienza

La camera era adatta

Cons:

Purtroppo la piscina era veramente sporca, deiezioni di uccello ovunque sulle panche, sul pavimento e sul bordo piscina e molte foglie e terra nella piscina stessa. Quando ho chiesto al cameriere una pezza per pulirmi la sdraio non si è mostrato disponibile, mi ha portato una pezza senza offrirsi di pulire. Inoltre abbiamo chiesto due spritz e ci sono stati portati fino al tavolino (letteralmente a un metro e mezzo dalla sdraio) perché "loro non fanno servizio in piscina". Abbiamo pagato due spritz arrivati non mescolati e senza cannuccia per farlo (quindi con tutto l'alcool solo sul fondo) e delle patatine 21 euro, palesemente perché turisti. Sono molto delusa dall'esperienza e onestamente non tornerei più!

Nice clean hotel, avoid suite number 35
Pros:

We were visiting a friend who lives in Olvera. Lovely location, really friendly staff, very clean.

Cons:

We stayed in a suite - this had a Nespresso like coffee maker but no milk or kettle provided. The suite we were in had either a noisy pool pump ( or perhaps air conditioner)which annoyingly went on and off all night. The fridge in the room was also noisy, if we stay again we will select a standard room and hope it’s quieter

Pros:

Everything! Felt comfortable throughout my stay. I love this hotel for it's Spanish authenticity. The staff are all excellent, I had a small problem with another guest, it was dealt with kindness and understanding. I will definitely be returning.
