Pros:

Al llegar tarde nuestro vuelo , nos recibió un señor muy amable en recepción , nos ofreció agua y nos explicó todo muy bien .

Camera top con letto grande e comodo, dotata di tutti i comfort.
Struttura nuova, pulita e ben accessoriata.
Staff, receptionist, pulizie e bagnini cordiali e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza.
Parcheggio ampio e custodito, con personale efficiente e disponibile.

Cons:

Colazione non all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle, molto misera e con poca scelta. Da migliorare. Staff colazione poco disponibili e attenti alle esigenze dei clienti.
Spiaggia molto bella, peccato per i lettini distrutti e gli ombrelloni molto vecchi, decisamente da cambiare. Sdraio in plastica non comode.

Les chambres spacieuses , la piscine et la déco de l'hôtel

Cons:

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel, qui est globalement agréable et bien entretenu, mais malheureusement très isolé, loin de toute commodité.

Le personnel n’a pas toujours été chaleureux ou accueillant, ce qui a quelque peu entaché notre expérience. Le petit-déjeuner est également assez limité, tant en quantité qu'en variété, ce qui est décevant pour un établissement de ce standing.

L'hôtel accepte les chiens, ce que nous comprenons, mais cela a fortement impacté la qualité de notre séjour. Un chien, laissé seul dans une chambre voisine jour et nuit, n’a cessé d’aboyer et de gratter à la porte. Cela a été très perturbant et nous a empêchés de nous reposer correctement.

À cela s’ajoute le passage régulier du train dès 5h du matin, dont le bruit est clairement audible depuis les chambres. Ce manque d’insonorisation rend les grasses matinées impossibles.

C’est regrettable, car l’endroit a du potentiel, mais plusieurs aspects devraient clairement être revus, notamment la gestion du bruit, l’accueil du personnel et le confort global, afin d’offrir une véritable expérience de repos à la hauteur des attentes des voyageurs.

Pokój wygodny miał wszystko czego potrzebowałam. Z balkonu widok na plażę i morze, podobnie z sali śniadaniowej. Na śniadaniu bardzo duża ilość produktów. Personel uprzejmy i profesjonalny. Parking z mnóstwem miejsc. Hotel przy długiej plaży więc można pospacerowac, są też leżaki.

Hotel an sich Top, Lage und Restaurant Flop
Pros:

Die Anlage selber ist sehr schön und auch die Zimmer sind schön!

Cons:

Die Lage wen man irgendwo anders Essen oder mal in die Stadt möcht und man kein auto hat..... minimum 45min laufen, keine Taxis.
Restaurant vom hotel extremst überteuert und nicht so lecker!
