Very clean and only a short walk to Middleton beach and Emu Point (via a walking track).
Room design was unusual with a large spa in the space between the shower/toilet and the main bed ie no privacy.
No nearby restaurant (though recently opened Dune brewery is good) so have to drive to any meal.
Although we were only able to stay in the area one night, we loved our time here. Perfect location near to Middleton Beach. Beautiful property, lovely and comfortable rooms, fabulous friendly staff. Would highly recommend!
Location was great. In a Golf Course estate. Secure & safe. Our room was in the main house. Very homely place. Little touches like “sweet treats” in a downstairs common area near reception a very nice touch. Friendly staff. We got a voucher for breakfast at a local cafe. We had a fantastic overnight stay.

No WiFi. It was off line during our stay awaiting their IT expert.
Christina was very helpful in pre booking restaurants for us before our stay.
Very old and tired. Did not look like the photos. Shower head badly scaled. Bathroom fittings hanging off the wall. Dressing gowns old and grey. Safe in room broken. Hot water in bathroom took 4 mins to come through. Window fly screens very dirty. Planned power cut and we were not told, so no lighting, or hot water in the room on one morning. No cooked breakfast as mentioned by other guests in reviews due to lack of staff.
Would not recommend.
