Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Please note that early check-in before 15:00 is subject to availability and will incur a surcharge upon confirmation.
Rooms are assigned by an automated system based on room category. For special requests please note that a surcharge is applicable for each request at the express self-service kiosk at the property.
WiFi vouchers can be purchased from the information counter at the lobby.
Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.
Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in.

From the 1st January 2023, Please note :
All cleaned and sanitized hotel rooms will be sealed and stickered with a door seal before guest check-in.
Hotel will suspend daily housekeeping service to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
However, Hotel will still provide a quick daily trash removal service. If guest stay is extended, room will automatically receive a complete cleaning service on the fourth day of their extended stay.
Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Fee of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.

Location is to good and veiw is most beautiful but management system just ok

In Genting Highlands, I don’t think there is a better place for tourists than this because by using the SkyAvenue cable car, you can easily visit Genting Highlands Premium Outlets, Gohtong Jaya, and Chin Swee Caves Temple.

Cons:

I found the check-in process quite poorly managed. The counters were empty, and the staff seemed busy talking among themselves. I arrived at 4:00 PM, but the self check-in system wasn't working, so I had to wait for about an hour before my room was finally assigned. The entire process took around 1 hour and 40 minutes. I also found the self check-in difficult while handling my luggage, and it took extra time to locate my room.

Cons:

Horrible check in process and people are waiting like 2 to 3 hours just to do check in which I never heard off. And no one bothered. I believe management vis least bothered

Pros:

The hospitality of the first world hotel staff. Before i went there, i read the review and quite hesitate to stay there esp on the haunted story. But i was wrong. The staff very friendly n helpful. I can imagine how tired they are handling so many people but still they manage to put on a smile and answer my questions when i ask for something.

Cons:

My room no view instead of put a request for a mountain view.but not a big issue :)
