From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Please note that early check-in before 15:00 is subject to availability and will incur a surcharge upon confirmation.
Rooms are assigned by an automated system based on room category. For special requests please note that a surcharge is applicable for each request at the express self-service kiosk at the property.
WiFi vouchers can be purchased from the information counter at the lobby.
Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.

All cleaned and sanitized hotel rooms will be sealed and stickered with a door seal before guest check-in.
Hotel will suspend daily housekeeping service to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
However, Hotel will still provide a quick daily trash removal service. If guest stay is extended, room will automatically receive a complete cleaning service on the fourth day of their extended stay.
Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Fee of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.

Non...a bit upset with the room conditions..not as the my previous visitations

The stay was quite disappointing overall. The staff behaviour was not very welcoming and lacked the level of professionalism one would expect from a hotel. The check-in process took an unusually long time, which made the arrival experience frustrating after a long journey. Additionally, the facilities did not meet expectations and appeared poorly maintained. Overall, the experience did not match the standard advertised, and I hope the management takes steps to improve these areas.

Room size is okay.
Housekeeping is efficient when requested each time.
Had a room for 7 nights facing opposite rooms which was quite warm and felt very claustrophobic compared to previous stay facing the mountain scenery with cooling fresh air and sunlights.
Suggest the hotel management to consider segregate the scenery facing rooms as a separate choice for online booking.
Next, the shower head was fixed head type, it is very risky for young children and seniors. It is also not user friendly for ladies too.
Hope the hotel management would consider to replace the shower head comes with flexible hose type.
The room lighting is not bright enough. TV pictures is blur and disappointed shows.
Understand that this is a economical hotel but overall it is quite clean and neat with a good room size.

1日目は外にある換気扇の音が大きくて眠れなかったです。2日目から何故か静かになりました。５日目にシャワーのお湯が出なくなり、部屋を替えて貰いましたが、テレビのない部屋でした。

Everything. Not sound proof rooms. People outside talking on their phones at 2am.
No air conditioning that you can control during the day or night.
Dirty old facilities.
No toiletries.
Dirty walls.
Dirty sheets.
Dirty floors.
Poor effort cleaners. Stayed here two nights and wish I didn’t.
Why is their hair under my sheets that doesnt belong to me? Why is there paint stain on the “clean” sheets.
Why is there marks on the walls and no one has wiped it off?
Convenience
No Aircond , small room not worth the price and no view.
