WORST STAFF EVER
Pros:

nothing, it is a terrible place. the front desk staff are way beyond rude, and the side entrance by the parking did not work. Out of the blue someone started pounding on the door and screaming at me that they wanted to know what is going on, flipping out because the room beneath me had a leak and this was somehow my fault. I said i did not fo anything call a plumber and the beastly creature said 'I am calling the police'. She never sid but she charged me a 400 dollar smoking fee when nobody smoked. so in sum I paid 700 for a 7 hours stay in the worst hotel ever... with staff that literally threatened and robbed me. Pictures of the totally dry bathroom when i got accosted by the insane woman in my room.

Cons:

The broken locks the faulty plumbing being threatened by the staff because I don't know why they're plumbing is leaking in the room beneath mine, the broken door locks the nonworking vending machines the incredibly stale breakfast food worst, the despiteful robbery of $400 for NOT smoking.

Comfortable Hotel
Pros:

Hotel staff was very courteous and professional. Check in and out was a breeze. The hotel was very clean and well kept.

The hotel charged me 320 dollars for below average room , ice vending machine doesn’t work . No soap in Bathroom dispenser . There is dust all over the hallway , carpets were dusty old and had musty feeling . Was not value for money.

Very disappointed and definitely not what I was expecting from a Hilton

The location was convenient

Cons:

The hotel was under construction that I was unaware of when booking. My room was very dusty and felt very old and the office chair in the room was in poor condition with and the other chair in the room was very stained. The sheets on the bed had a questionable stain that left a stain of some kind of fluid. There was also something on the floor in the bedroom that looked like a mouse dropping. I have photos to support this.

I won't be back
Pros:

Breakfast was good, pool was warm

Cons:

The hot tub was not working and the fitness room was under construction. And yet it still cost way too much money to stay. Staff was rude when they asked our children to quiet down at 10 pm. We were just putting them to bed and he could have been nicer.
