I won't be back
Pros:

Breakfast was good, pool was warm

Cons:

The hot tub was not working and the fitness room was under construction. And yet it still cost way too much money to stay. Staff was rude when they asked our children to quiet down at 10 pm. We were just putting them to bed and he could have been nicer.

Rude workers and not accommodating for anything
Pros:

The customer service is rude and very mean to us! I wouldn’t recommend going there unless you want to deal with rude people who think that playing around with each other comes before the customer.

Cons:

The hospitality was outta control the front desk girl was so rude and would rather be talking to the working guys and on her phone then give us any attention when asking questions.

Not worth the money we paid.
Pros:

Location was good and the room was clean. Hot water and tea available in lobby. Pool and hot tub accessibility. Apples and peanut butter were the only edible breakfast items.

Cons:

TV didn't work, breakfast was very sub par (flabby sausage slices and watery eggs). No water available to refill water bottles. Staff was not rude but not overly welcoming at check in. Breakfast area could use some cleaning of furniture and tables.

Always a good experience!
Pros:

We have stayed here previously and as expected we were greeted by wonderful staff.
Stephanie, the manager I believe, was so helpful with the WIFI so I could work from my laptop before heading out. (Thank you)
Definitely recommend this location.
