Great location
Pros:

Great location, close to the beach, Bangla road and night markets. Nice pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and the beds were really comfortable.

Cons:

No window in our room, not even a window in the door for the balcony, and the balcony was very small facing an alley.

Good location and facilities, nice pool view with a good swimming pool.

Cons:

Food is not so great, staff is very unfriendly. They won’t accommodate your request and also one of them hung up the call.
They didn't clean the room properly, charge us extra for the kids and were also requesting extra charges for bed sheet cleaning on which the was a little lip stick put by my son.

ไม่ชอบ ให้เช็คอินช้าตั้งบ่าย3 ถึงได้เข้าห้องพัก.ผิดหวังมากเราจองสองห้อง แถมยังได้ห้องพักชั้นแรกล้างสุด พอเปิดประตูระเบียง แต่ไม่มีวิวอะไรเลย มองไม่เห็นอะไรเลยสิ่งที่เห็นนอกระเบียงเป็นผนังกำแพงตึกข้างๆ เป็นห้องที่ไม่น่าพักผ่อนเลยห้องก็ไม่เก็บเสียง ได้ยินเสียงจากข้างนอกดังมาก ทุกเช้าจะได้ยินเสียงของพนักงาน และ เสียงแขก คุยกัน ได้ยินเสียงห้องอื่นเปิด ปิดประตูดังมาก ได้ยินเสียง ทุบสิ่งของเหมือนซ้อมหรือทำงานดังมาก

The staff were fantastic and the position is quiet yet close to the action. Would stay here again.

Close to restaurants, markets and bars.

Cons:

Late check-in time. 3 pm too late.

Noise from adjoining rooms. Heard a baby cry many times during the evening and night for 4 nights.

קיבלנו חדר שפונה לכיוון הרחוב , הרעש היה פשוט בלתי נסבל ירדנו לקבלה ואמרו שלמחרת יתפנו חדרים ויוכלו לדאוג לנו לחדר במיקום אחר במלון .

הצד החדש של המלון פונה לרחוב הראשי , הרעש בלתי נסבל , ארוחת בוקר דלה מאוד , הבריכה בקומה העליונה לא מקורה בכלל.

Personnel agreable, tres bonne situation central sans etre exposé au bruit, tres bon petit-déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse et confortable

Cons:

Ne pas choisir la chambre standard qui ne dispose pas de fenêtre mais uniquement d'une porte balcon qui ne peut-être ouverte avec la chaleur extérieure
