La puntuación que envié dice lo que me gustó.Es impecable.
Pero lo más importante sin duda es la actitud de las personas que allí trabajan. Problemas, inconvenientes, situaciones inesperadas siempre pueden surgir, pero la pronta respuesta y la búsqueda inmediata y eficaz de solución los distinguen por mucho!,
Siempre con buena voluntad y buen humor.
Carlos, Alessandro,Mario,en el hall atentos a todo,Alexandra comandando el desayuno,Erika en el restaurante, Cleverson, el gerente con la misma sencillez gentileza y atención . Y seguramente todos los demás que no supe su nombre. Todos hacen una orquesta que suena bien. Muchos de ellos llevan años trabajando allí.
Espero nunca más me vuelva a suceder tener que pedir médico por Assist card para una amiga. Las nuevas tecnologías para una persona de 75 años no nos favorecen mucho, En esa también estuvieron ellos, particularmente Carlos, que guió, prestó su celular, una linea local y en una hora el médico estuvo allí.Nada grave felizmente .
