I had a nice stay at Copa Sul. I would recommend the hotel. It had way more good qualities but for me the hard bed was n

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had quality food and variety. The location perfect. One block from Copacabana beach and walkable to Ipanema

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the beds were so hard. I could not have a comfortable night sleep. For some that might not be an issue.

La pasé muy bien en ese hotel. De verdad!

La ubicación (de la cual dudé) me resultó muy buena. El desayuno excelente. La habitación muy buena. cómoda, buena ropa de cama y baño. muy confortable.

Cons:

No fue tanto que "no me gusto", pero al llegar, en la recepción no ubicaban la reserva, y el sr. que me atendió en ese momento no fue muy empático. Pero luego en los otros días fue muy correcto. Sólo eso

I received a warm welcome from the gentleman at reception, though unfortunately I forgot his name and concierge Mattheus, they were quite helpful. Good location, breakfast was enjoyable, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bathrooms are dated and could use an update. The fridge and what I believe was the outdoor air conditione were quite loud. The views from the windows wasn't pleasant. Either than that no so bad.
