From the moment we arrived at Tierra Atacama, everything exceeded our expectations. The property feels almost new, yet it radiates warmth, elegance, and beauty. Every single detail of the design has been carefully thought out, combining modern comfort with impeccable taste and respect for the desert’s natural surroundings.

The service was extraordinary. The entire team went above and beyond to take care of us at every moment. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly special. No request was too small – they anticipated our needs and made sure everything was perfect.

The tours organized by the hotel were absolutely exceptional. Each excursion was thoughtfully curated, and the guides were not only professional but also deeply knowledgeable and passionate about the region. Thanks to them, we were able to discover the wonders of Atacama in a unique, enriching, and safe way.

Todo increible. Cada dia esta incluido a parte de las comidas y bebidas los tours que podrian ser o uno de todo el dia o dos de medio dia en la mañana y tarde. Todo muy organizado y connun servicio excelente.

Staff and our guide Cyna was excellent. Hotel manager Maria made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was cleaned and stocked without any complaints. All in all they were great.

Pasamos tres días increíbles en Tierra Atacama y no podríamos estar más contentos con la experiencia. El hotel tiene una infraestructura excelente, perfectamente integrada con el entorno, y ofrece todas las comodidades que uno espera de un lugar de este nivel.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable. Todo el personal —desde los meseros hasta los conductores— fue siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa.
Un agradecimiento especial a Chris, quien se encargó de que nuestra estadía fuera excepcional en todo momento, y a Amaro, uno de nuestro guías, que fue simplemente bárbaro: conocedor y apasionado por lo que hace.

Las excursiones fueron impresionantes, bien organizadas y adaptadas a nuestros intereses y ritmo.

En resumen, super recomendado. Tierra Atacama no solo ofrece un lugar hermoso donde hospedarse, sino también una experiencia completa y profundamente memorable. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

I really loved my experience at Tierra Hotels, the service, the atmosphere, rooms, everything was amazing. The only thing in my opinion that could be better was the food, that was good sometimes and not so good a few other times. It was French style, so sometimes you would have to repeat a dish as the food was insufficient. The bed was a bit hard for my tasting but luckily the hotel had a pillow top which helped tremendously. The service was beyond amazing and very professional, everyone that worked at the hotel was very nice and helped the guests with any questions or needs they had, with a lot of goodwill and a smile on their faces. The tour guides were very nice folks, professional and very knowledgeable about Atacama and its mysteries and beauties and they all spoke very good English. Tierra is an amazing hotel and that's why they charge premium. I just think they need to improve the food, it was not the best.

Excelent Hotel, offering everything you'll need and more. Expect great tours, amazing dishes and outstanding service.

Increible experiencia. Realmente un hotel de lujo, la calidad de personas de altísimo nivel, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a ser serviciales. La comida muy buena, el SPA espectacular y todos los lugares son acogedores e impecables. Repetiré de todas formas esta estadía.

I only stayed one night at Tierra Atacama for some relaxation after numerous tours in the area. This is a top notch hotel with great service and a superb and quiet location with great views of the desert and mountains. The pool area is very nice. I did not try any of the activities but there is plenty on offer, though prices are high if you are not on the inclusive package. Food was good and the highlight was a barbecue dinner which included a fabulous selection of salads and meats. This was complementary even though I was on the B&B rate. I recommend the hotel though it is expensive.

Good service, great food, interesting excursions. Few nitpicky things: 1. Put clocks in rooms, since excursions/airport transfers do have set times. 2. Let guests know upon arrival that humidifiers are available. 3. Was told driver on way back to airport couldn't stop for 3 minutes on the way through town so that I could buy lunch. The hotel kitchen prepared a sandwich instead, but I would've preferred a fresh empanada from the village. 4. The outdoor pool was too cold to swim in

We had a great time at Tierra Atacama, the staff were most welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is situated just outside the main town of San Pedro, which makes it nice and relaxed. We used the Spa and had treatments which were excellent. The food and wine were top notch each night, with the menu changing for every meal. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the mountains from every corner of the property. It is a pristine and natural spot surrounded by fig and plum trees and away from the dust and more crowded town (about 1 mike and a free ride away). The views from our room were amazing. The spa and free yoga were a bonus and the staff were very helpful.
