Amazing experience. Good hospitality. Beautiful hotel.

This is my 3rd stay here (previously I think 2022/23 when it was called Visaya), and the decline under Udmaan Group has made sure I cannot think of staying here again.

There have been zero improvements to the property, and maintenance is now a safety concern.
* Electrical Hazard: The modular faceplate fell off while I was plugging in my charger, leaving wires and the mounting frame exposed. looks like the screws were loose and it was just stuck on?
* Fire Risk: Sockets are located directly behind the pillows on the bed; I had to run a bulky industrial extension box from behind the bedding just to charge my phone.
* Outdated: Still no USB ports anywhere in the room.
* Hygiene: The desk phone was covered in grime and non-functional due to loose wiring.
Note: The local staff are helpful and not at fault—this is purely a management failure to invest in basic upkeep and safety. Avoid until they modernize.

Stay was excellent with good staff and support. Food option in restaurant was good too. Rakesh at frint desk was very humble and helped in check in and checkout.

Breakfast was delicious and filling. Pooja and Prakash Chand were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Their service was excellent.

Special thanks to Murari Ji for his warm hospitality on the main gate of udman and for making sure we felt right at home throughout our stay. Also, the service provided by Jasika was top-notch—always quick, attentive, and helpful with a smile.
